Great location and clean place .. nice staff and good service

Coffeemaker in the room was not working , but it’s least of the problems . The room View could have been better The breakfast spread could have been better . My colleague had a problem of someone entering the room with another key and some Wrong food bill posting on their room.. though it was rectified , it’s a serious Security issue and a concern .

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the staff at both the reception and the restaurant were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Although the connecting room wasn’t available on our first night, the hotel went out of their way to make it up to us by offering free parking and a welcome drink, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience!

Maybe the location. But not an issue as it is walking distance to the main station and attractions

Hotel was clean, room was clean and had everything that you need. Comfy bed, clean and large bathroom. Plenty of storage. Decent size TV. The staff on the front desk were friendly, professional and happy to help with any questions. We liked the fact that the hotel was proactive and sent us our travel passes before our arrival so we could use them to get to the hotel on arrival in Geneva. From Geneva train station just get on the 15 tram (to Nations ) from outside the main entrance. Stay on 2 stops and get off at Butini. You will see a bar called pickwicks. Head down the road to the right and you are at the hotel in about 2 minutes. The hotels location is great. Its less than a five minute walk to the shores of lake Geneva and about 10 minutes to the United Nations and the iconic Broken Chair again by 15 tram. The free travel pass is a game changer, even if you are on a short stay you will be able to get around and see all you want to. Passes can also be uses on the water taxis too. We had a fantastic 3 days in Geneva and the position and condition of the hotel certainly helped with this. We recommend the Hotel N'vY if staying in Geneva and intend to return in the future.

Couldn't really find any faults with the hotel except sometimes we had to wait for the lift when leaving our room. It was as if the lift was locked for room service or cleaning staff. On the whole though that was a small issue and the only negative from our stay

We only stayed for 1 night but the room and hotel was very nice. It was one of the more reasonably priced hotels in Geneva that also looked nice and I would agree. The room was a great size and a nice bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There are probably better located hotels although you pay the price for those. It was quite far away from the main station but then you get a free travel pass from the hotel to use any of the public transport which was great. As we only stayed for 1 night we didn’t want to go far for dinner and there wasn’t much in the vicinity of the hotel and the restaurant in the hotel was very expensive. There was a weird street just around the corner that had all sorts of dodgy things going on so I wouldn’t recommend ladies going out at night by themselves although that’s no fault of the hotel just something to be mindful of.

Great location, a two minute walk from the lake, 12-15 minute walk to the centre. The room was spacious and clean. Powerful shower and good selection of toiletries provided. Would stay here again.

You can see into the bathroom from the bedroom, which means you can see the person you are travelling with while they shower etc. Keep that in mind if you're travelling with a family member, as you might not fancy seeing them showering.

Hotels usually claim that they are design hotels only because their lobby is designed in a particular way, however, this manotel’s design can be found everywhere from the curtains in the restaurant to the bathroom in your room. The details of the design are exceptionally chosen and the stay is more than pleasant. The photos provided are true to the manotel. The staff goes extra mile to provide exceptional service. The food was top quality.

Upon entering the room after checking there was a weird smell which brings me to a suggestion for the cleaners to open the windows when they clean the room in order to freshen it up. The barman at the manotel’s bar was confused of what we ordered due to the language barrier.

Really friendly hotel in the Paquis area of Geneva. Close to transport links and Lake Geneva with local shops and supermarkets nearby too. There's a restaurant, bar and café on site serving great food and drinks including vegetarian and gluten free options. Bedrooms are spacious and generally comfortable.

The pillows in my room were much too soft for my comfort (even the slightly firmer one in the wardrobe). It would be great to have better pillow options. Also, the air conditioning was pretty noisy and pretty ineffective if you prefer a nice cool room - looks like a pretty old system.

Very clean hotel with a great location close to the main attractions. The room sizes are decent by Geneva standards, and the bathrooms feature a handheld bidet, which is a thoughtful touch. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating

Honestly, the only downside of our stay was the pillows, which made it impossible for us to sleep. They were extremely soft, almost like sleeping without a pillow. Typically, when the mattress is firm, the pillows should also be firm, or at least two types of pillows should be provided on the bed for guests to choose from

Spacious and light room, kind personnel, car parking handled by personnel, nicely designed bar/restaurant and chill out areas, good location close to the lake and city center

Glass-walled bathroom without active ventilation. Springed mattresses were a bit moving out of the beds, two single beds composed as a double bed. Windows view to other building. Simpler breakfast.
