It was in a great area,easy to reach to lake and tram stops (once we got used to using the tram system). There was air con units in the room, a godsend as the heat was unbearable. The staff were fantastic. Our flight was cancelled on the morning we were travelling (EasyJet…rubbish!), and thanks to the extremely efficient staff on reception, we were able to re book our old room (they even put back items we had left shampoo etc) so that our extended stay was not a problem at all. Very highly recommended and we would definitely stay there again! Oh and the breakfast was great too!!

Maybe a plug in the kitchen for the kettle??

This is the first European country I have travelled to and found great customer service. The staff were very helpful, and ready to assist as well.To be honest, as a black person who has had bad experiences in Europe, I did not expect much, only to find that drake hotel was totally different. From my check In to my check out. Whenever I needed something yet I did not have money since I was using my card, the receptionist always found a solution for me.

All was well, but room for improvement/suggestion maybe try having instant coffee in the rooms for people who do not drink brewed coffee.

The room was quite big, and clean. The staff were always helpful and nice. Free wifi was okay in speed as well. Inside of the hotel is beautiful. The breakfast was excellent with many choices. The bar in the hotel looks like a small library and it is perfect for a talk between few friends (or a couple).

Sometimes my keycard to the room doesn't worked immediately. The same problem was with the elevator touch keys. If I would come in the summer, in 35 degrees I would be a bit sad because of the lack of air-conditioning. These are tiny problems, which can easily be fixed. Also I would go back on a private travel if our currency won't be so bad:)

Breakfast good and plentiful. Room spacious and comfortable. We only stayed 4 nights and the room was serviced (this was great, but I would not expect this and would be happy to not have this for such a short stay). Friendly and approachable staff. Easy check-in and no problems throughout stay. Kept our luggage on day of check out so we could collect later. A 14:00 check-in and 12:00 check-out is fantastic. Great location (10 mins walk from train station and 3 mins walk to the lake). Thank you for a great stay

Not a negative, but there was no iron in our room (I'm sure if I asked there would have been one available but I didn't bother - life is too short for ironing on holiday anyway!!)

basically nearby to all modes of transportation, from airport to hotel and vice versa. Tourists were given a free geneva transport card which was really convenient. It is close to the seaside and we almost always start our day walking along the park to the old town. We never spare money for transportation during our stay. Room has a kitchenette but I did really enjoy the breakfast which was a variety. Staffs were accommodating.

It is only a minor thing but it short circuited 2x whenever I used the hairdryer along with the other appliances on (like when we are using the fan and kettle along with the hair dryer).

We found our apartment to be spacious, and clean with a air of security about it . The railway station is nearby with plenty of retail shopping to be found along the usual gathering of coffee shops etc. Bars and eateries can be found close by the accommodation as are trams, a decent river view from the nearby main bridge can be had.

I requested a quiet room but was allocated one to the rear with trams and traffic running outside the window so would maybe suggest a front facing room which might be a little better although there are bars playing music nearby. A limited continental breakfast was on offer with 2 hot hot items on offer which were in fact cold. We also struggled to find a decent hot drink so don't expect too much.

It was a huge room with a kitchenette, bath, closet, and bedroom which could be separated from the other areas. Very clean and bed was comfortable. The staff were wonderful. I love that I got a free Geneva pass to use.

I found it really loud all night maybe due to the location. Windows needed to be open and a fan on all night due to extreme heat. A lot of people yelling and cars racing on the streets. I also felt that area was less desirable in Geneva. I was safe but I didn’t feel 100% comfortable either.

The room was well equipped, big enough for our needs. Staff set us up with an extra fan which was perfect. The breakfast was well presented. The location was the big surprise! It is so close and walkable to everything we wanted to experience. It is definitely a place we would like to stay at in the future. The staff was friendly and helpful! The courtyard was a delight!

The bed was a bit hard for our liking but doable. The pillows I feel need to replaced with a mix of firm and soft. Ours were quite hard and lumpy. Granted I did not ask for different ones, but still it may be time to upgrade.

Reasonable price, fully equipped apartment room. Good location, it's quite near the lake. There's nothing luxurious about this hotel but you'll get all the basics and the room is generally clean. They offered me a premium room with the view of the lake for free.

Considering price, nothing specific. Don't expect anything like a 4-5 stars hotel but you'll have the necessities.

There was a Kitchenette in the room was very nice touch. Lovely comfortable large bed. Hotel in Good location. Near enough to everything. Lots of places to eat nearby. Not far from lake. Near bus and tram stops. Staff friendly. Can walk into main shopping area in about 20 to30 minutes. Room spacious. Everything needed was there. Breakfast good.

The Bar set up was very odd and no atmosphere in there. Pillows not very comfy, but didnt realise there were more in cupboard. Bath bit small. Door into bathroom wouldn't close. View from room wasnt great, but could have upgraded for lake view.
