I like the location. .. it is near the sea side. . . Near Lidl grocery store. The neighborhood area are clean and nice.. and easy to locate. There are bus stop just around the corner. The Bed Rooms are spacious, well-ventilated and well-lit. There is Big window that you could open to have a fresh air. The electrical socket and over head lamp are provided very well in each bed. There are lockers provided outside the bedroom. It is Secured with Magnetic Card. The locker sizes are big enough to place a Medium Size luggage and a Handbag. It is nice that the lockers are outside the sleeping bedroom, so I could make up my things not bothering my roommates. The WC are nice. Toilet and Shower are well separated but it is in the same area. Secured by Magnetic Card. The Shower cubicle is big, big enough to hang your clothes and things. There are dryers provided. The WC is cleand, well ventilated and lit. They provide handsoap and well kept. They have a very nice, tasty and delightful breakfast buffet. I love it so much, it saves me time and money. The set up is very cleaned, enticing and professional staff are always there to help. I like the very cleaned and portable free drinking water at the dining area for us to have. The waiting - reception area are big and convenient while waiting. The area provided have portable electrical socket. There is a big screen TV that shows different spots that a traveller could visit and enjoy. This helps me a lot, as a solo trip traveler who doesn't have an itinerary. The Internet access are so reliable , very fast and efficient in whole area. A day of my trip is raining... but the internet access are still functioning and very dependable. They provide the Transportation Digital Ticket few hours before you land on Geneva. This ticket can be use in different buses and trams provided it is in the scope. The Check-out process are fast and time-efficient.

I didn't like the bathroom toilet paper, it is rough. I hope there are handy paper maps provided to discover the beauty of Geneva and what to expect.

The hostel staff was really friendly and helpful. The location is fine, as it is easy accesible by public transport. It helps a lot that they give you the card to take the public transportation for free! The lake is close by which is a nice place to take a walk. I only stayed for 2 nights but have to leave early the second night in order to catch a bus, but the city seems really nice. The price seems a bit expensive to me, but it was the cheaper one in Geneva, which is an expensive city anyways. Overall the stay was nice, and the hostel was very clean and comfortable.

My stay here has been truly special, the staff has always been very welcoming – from the receptionists, the night porter, to the cleaning ladies. Breakfast is really good (and I say this as an Italian!), the rooms are beautiful and spacious. The cleaning ladies were always working and kept everything spotless. The property is full of lounge areas open 24/7, I even played cards late at night in the breakfast room. I definitely recommend coming here, especially if you’re traveling alone, because you’ll surely make lots of friends.

I recommend bringing your own towels, as they are not included and must be paid for, as well as the hairdryer. Also, it was quite warm in the common room.

The staff are very nice. You have access to everything you may need - iron, washing machine, etc. If you haven't brought a towel, slippers, or other items, you can purchase them easily. The location is great, and the tram station is 5 minutes of walking away. You have restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. The toilets and the rooms are very clean.

I feel we should be warned in advance that male cleaning staff enter our rooms once a day, even if the room is occupied by women. Reception should also inform people who come in late that there are lights above each bed. Otherwise, people enter the room when everyone is asleep and turn on the general light.

The check-in staff were very helpful and made everything much easier. I've stayed here several times and they are always excellent. The entire hostel is very clean and tidy with bins everywhere. The dining room was similarly immaculate. The men's and women's rooms have separate keycards (given out at check-in) as do the toilets. This means that you cannot move between dormitories or toilets: you can only use the men's toilet on your room's floor and not on any of the others. There are no mixed-sex dormitories to my knowledge. Each bed in each room has its own locker out in the corridor which is big enough for a large backpacker's rucksack, this is also opened using the keycard from reception. I appreciate the extra security as hostels allow all sorts of guests who come and go on a daily basis. There is a snack and supper menu which is very reasonably priced for Geneva. There are also some decent, small restaurants nearby including a couple of pizzerias. The wifi is easy to access and reasonably fast although it does have some slow moments. Fresh bed-linen is handed out at reception. The beds are bunks and a decent size even if you are very tall (>6ft).

There was no evening meal on the night I stayed. There are too few plug sockets in the rooms if you are using an international convertor plug. There are only some coat hooks on the wall in the rooms and nowhere else to put your clothes unless you use your bags.

1.Very clean, spacious, and bright. 2.The Geneva Transport Card was sent in advance with a link to activate it, making travel more convenient.

1.Although we had completed the requested online check-in in advance, we were still required to check in again upon arrival. 2.The male staff member at the front desk was extremely inattentive—he simply told us to wait and did nothing, ignoring the long queue in front of him. When it was finally my turn, he asked what I wanted, even though another staff member had already collected and organized the passports for check-in. I saw him smoking outside the hostel each time I entered or exited, and honestly couldn't tell what his actual responsibilities were. 3.Hair dryers are available only through paid rental. 4.There is no communal kitchen.

Great location, locker, bunk bed was comfortable enough. I slept well, even when they don't have air conditioning in the rooms. Luckily it wasn't too hot days when I visited. Breakfast was good. Nice guests. :) Great chance to meet new people when you are sharing the room. Wifi worked. Excellent setup of electronic plugs so itcwas easy to charge mobile phones while browsing and resting one's bed. Plenty of place to sit and talk downstairs. Open 24/7.

Lack of air condition can be a bigger problem if the night is hot. Then you need to keep windows open, and it can be a bit noisy.

A very modern hostel with a laid back and friendly atmosphere. The common areas had a lot of space and the staff were friendly and able to answer my questions. There was a lot of options available for the continental breakfast.

I had a great stay! The breakfast was good, the rooms were clean, and the staff was incredibly kind. The lockers are located outside the rooms and had enough space for a small carry-on and a backpack. The location was fantastic, just a three-minute walk to the tram station and only a few minutes from the UN and the train station. The breakfast area was nice, with the same selection served daily, including Birchermüsli. The coffee options were great! The hostel also offers dinner, but it was closed on Sunday. I really liked the small library, it was a cozy spot to read or get some work done. The kitchen area was generally clean, and it was convenient to store and cook food there.

The bathrooms were mostly clean, but the sinks tended to get quite dirty after 9 AM. I’d recommend using them before 8 AM and before 10 PM. One small issue: it would be helpful to be able to re-enter the breakfast area if you forget something in your room or need to use the restroom. I set off an alarm when I tried to go back in. Also, I found a long hair in the Birchermüsli.
