A great hotel, a beautiful house, an excellent location, and an apartment that is very comfortable.

There are a few details to be aware of. The room is nice, but cost-saving measures are noticeable, such as the choice of sofa. Breakfast follows a "first come, first served" policy—if you arrive within the last 30 minutes, the selection may be limited to bread and butter. Parking instructions need updating, as Google Maps suggests a route against one-way traffic. Moreover, the directions provided at the reception, with two arrows and the word "on" pointing to the wrong direction, can be confusing.

The staff very courteous, especially Florine, she was helpful. Proximity to the train station to Geneva and nearby shops. The daily cleaning is also appreciated. Teas and toiletries were provided on a daily basis.

Limited utensils, only basic utensils are available in the rooms. I will advise provision of more utensils in the studio rooms. I asked for rooms near each other but I didn't get. That is a minor problem though.

Well situated and easy to reach by train for sightseeing around Geneva and to Annecy without the hefty price tag. Clean, easy check in.

We did have a fan but it struggled to give relieve on hot nights and was quite noisy. The supplied pot for the kitchen is in my opinion to small and the frying pan was very scratched, would possibly look at replacing

It was near the train station, 5min walk and the reception is open 24h. The room is spacious and it was very convenient for a short stay near Geneva, considering that the prices are decent and depending where you need to commute, it's closer to Switzerland than Geneva Cornavin.

Too bad the cleaning people forgot to flush the toilet when cleaning the bathroom. I had a nice souvenir leftover from the former person... It came with a smell...

The hotel was generally fine and matched the price. Friendly staff. Parking was excellent!

The breakfast could have been better - not International. Very noisy due to the train lines and what sounded like broken train tracks - not just normal train noise! The town of Annemasse is the biggest dump I have ever seen. It's truly appalling! I have only seen worse in South African ghettos.

I stayed here for a week during my exam session at the University of Geneva, and I had everything that I needed during this very stressful time. I asked for a more silent room and got a room opposite from the railway, so there was no noise at all. Room was spacious and the bed was very big and comfortable. Breakfast was great with fresh products and good choice. The staff was very kind and welcoming, especially the staff at breakfast. Location is just a few minutes from the train station. The reception is open 24/7 and the building is very safe, which is important in Annemasse. Tha k you for making me feel so comfortable during this week that was so stressful for me.

The need to clean the kitchen was a bit weird, I had not seen that before in any other hotel where there is cleaning staff. But I didn’t really use the kitchen anyway, so that’s a minor detail.

Very responsive hotel and very good location in the middle of the city near the train station and all amenities. The suites are fully furnished and provide the option of a mini kitchen where you can make your own meals.

My bathroom shower floor needs an upgrade, otherwise everything was clean and perfect.

A hotel close to the station with easy street access and close to stores, bakeries, etc. Well furbished.

I requested separate bed sheets but did not receive them, so I had to request them again. Breakfast is not that good for the price. In some rooms, the water in the bathroom flowed on the floor.

excellent location, the train is 3 minutes away where you can quickly travel to Geneva or some nice town in France, the breakfast is excellent, the service and the comfort of the room are excellent, everyone is very friendly

Location was good because it was close to the tram and station. Apart from the occasional noise from the train, it was okay.

To be hounded through several emails received about a payment of 150 euros extra as caution fee and reminding me to keep the kitchen area tidy. That to me was very strange.
