I have been a regular guest. What I like is the fenced parking for only 10 eur/day, the cleanliness of the rooms and the simple but good breakfast - the coffee machine is providing various kinds of cofee specialities, fresh orange juice and boiled eggs. CLose to tramstop 17, which takes you to Geneva center within 20 minutes (get the Geneva + zone 210 day ticket)

The mattresses are very soft - many people like them, but as somebody with backproblems I prefer the harder type. The Wifi is free and reasonably fast, but you need to log in every 2 hours or so. Careful that your mobile phone does not go back to LTE data after 2 hours without you noticing (not really a hotel issue, just a practical tip)

The breakfast was excellent, varied and had enough of everything. We did not use the parking.

The only caveat is that even though there were three of us, there was only one hand towel and one foot towel for everyone. There were of course 3 shower towels. Also, since I had to leave the hotel at 6 in the morning, and I had breakfast included, I asked to get a packed breakfast or just some croissants. Unfortunately, they told me that there is no possibility. In the morning I noticed that there were freshly baked croissants placed at the exit of the hotel, which had to be paid for to be taken. I believe that in the event that the guest has included breakfast, and has promptly announced his early departure from the hotel, at least a few temporarily packed croissants should be left for him.

the staff are very helpful and very friendly the most staff memeber that stood out was Cena. he was absolutely amazing and helped us in every way possible. he sorted out our travel went above and beyond and was always there to go the extra mile! Cena deserves a raise! he is an absolute asset to Ibis such employees are very valuable to businesses and are the reason why people give such positive feedback and make thier stay that much better!

Large and quiet backyard facing room, good breakfast with plenty of fresh pastry and cold cuts. The coffee machine was super. A 20 min. tram ride from central Geneva, reasonable rates compared to the overpriced hotel prices in Geneva.

Some hair was left in the bathroom probably accidentally, otherwise it checks all the boxes.

Even the dog show was ongoing, hotel personnel managed to cover rooms full of dogs. Big thanks. Especially young man on at reception was great and his English was perfect.

The underground parking was full of people from outside, even the parking place was reserved for the hotel hosts.

Breakfast was amazing, room very clean and cool in the hot weather! Staff were very helpful and friendly.

We liked the location, because it is a few km from the center of Geneva, with good traffic connections. Good breakfast. Clean place to sleep, cheap parking.

Everything was good. Tramway, supermarket, and pharmacy are nearby. Nice restaurants are within walking distance. Quiet and clean. No weird smell in the room. Breakfast is very standard ibis quality which isn't bad at all for the price. Easy to park. Nice hotel for a family with a dog.

Nice clean room and bathroom with good breakfast. The staff is very kind and helpful. Own free parking space. The tram is a 2-minute walk, which takes you directly to the center of Geneva.
