Close to railway station, easy to reach. Supermarket and restaurants close. Breakfast great: cereal, two types of ham, 3 types of cheese, scrambled eggs, wieners, mini croissant, baguette, yoghurt, butter, fruit, jams, good coffee, etc. Room is well equipped for a short or a longer stay. Big bathroom.

No A/C, which is okay in September, but maybe hot in summer, although there is a fan mounted on the wall. Read the terms (as I hadn't): there is a deposit that you have to pay on arrival, but got refunded on the day of the leave. Only card payment for that, prepare accordingly. Rooms are close to loud street (cars), but traffic got light by night. Carpet a bit worn and dirty.

A great hotel, a beautiful house, an excellent location, and an apartment that is very comfortable.

There are a few details to be aware of. The room is nice, but cost-saving measures are noticeable, such as the choice of sofa. Breakfast follows a "first come, first served" policy—if you arrive within the last 30 minutes, the selection may be limited to bread and butter. Parking instructions need updating, as Google Maps suggests a route against one-way traffic. Moreover, the directions provided at the reception, with two arrows and the word "on" pointing to the wrong direction, can be confusing.

The staff very courteous, especially Florine, she was helpful. Proximity to the train station to Geneva and nearby shops. The daily cleaning is also appreciated. Teas and toiletries were provided on a daily basis.

Limited utensils, only basic utensils are available in the rooms. I will advise provision of more utensils in the studio rooms. I asked for rooms near each other but I didn't get. That is a minor problem though.

The bed and the sofa bed were incredibly comfy (always a bonus staying in a hotel rather than a privately rented place!). The bathroom and bedroom were huge. Plenty of space for a group of four to spread out, handy to have the kitchenette available. Close to the train station. Used as a one night between the alps and Geneva to get cheaper prices than Geneva and it worked really well.

This is a wonderful place for a visit to Geneve, very close to the train station. Staff was very professional and helpful. The rooms are spacious and modern, beds are comfortable with good pillows. Property was great and clean. Excellent breakfast is served. Good private parking. Great place to stay.

Well situated and easy to reach by train for sightseeing around Geneva and to Annecy without the hefty price tag. Clean, easy check in.

We did have a fan but it struggled to give relieve on hot nights and was quite noisy. The supplied pot for the kitchen is in my opinion to small and the frying pan was very scratched, would possibly look at replacing

It was near the train station, 5min walk and the reception is open 24h. The room is spacious and it was very convenient for a short stay near Geneva, considering that the prices are decent and depending where you need to commute, it's closer to Switzerland than Geneva Cornavin.

Too bad the cleaning people forgot to flush the toilet when cleaning the bathroom. I had a nice souvenir leftover from the former person... It came with a smell...

The hotel was generally fine and matched the price. Friendly staff. Parking was excellent!

The breakfast could have been better - not International. Very noisy due to the train lines and what sounded like broken train tracks - not just normal train noise! The town of Annemasse is the biggest dump I have ever seen. It's truly appalling! I have only seen worse in South African ghettos.

The gentleman who was working at the desk was exceptionally nice and was very welcoming and helpful. I can’t remember his name but he was from Brazil. Amazing person. The room was nice and clean. Paid parking was cheap but slightly difficult to find initially until I spoke to the hotel desk.

Not much to say as all was great.

Very responsive hotel and very good location in the middle of the city near the train station and all amenities. The suites are fully furnished and provide the option of a mini kitchen where you can make your own meals.

My bathroom shower floor needs an upgrade, otherwise everything was clean and perfect.
