Feather beds, big bath, helpful staff, good breakfast and a surprisingly convenient location.

The room service pizza was dreadful but the staff did not charge me when I told them.

A constantly (positivley) surprising hotel, full of lovely little perks and services. We requested on of the quieter rooms due to one of us being a troubled sleeper, and were pleasantly surprised at the silence provided by the room, despite the street noise etc in the middle of the day. The provision of water, mini-bar stock, toiletries, bath robes and bath slippers were all a highlight, so often missed by other hotels. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable that we've ever slept in during a trip or holiday abroad. We slept in late one morning due to the long day previously with early flights etc, and were pleasantly surprised to see our room cleaned (and as tidy as when we first arrived) when we returned from our lunch and afternoon out. Oyunaa's cleaning service of the room was fantastic, and it was so lovely to come back to re-straightened towels etc. The luggage storage service offered for pre/post check-in and check-out also makes the logistics of travelling much easier. Faultless. Wonderful service. Very friendly staff.

There was no reference on our booking to a 100CHF deposit upon arrival; this was not a problem, but it would have been nice if this was mentioned. The hotel was nicer than the street it was on, but it was still a good area. We were not asked how our stay was when we checked out. However, none of the above would stop me from staying here again.

The room was very comfortable with great facilities: Nespresso coffee machine, water and snacks which were topped up on a regular basis. We had a view of the skyline and the Alps from our fifth floor bedroom. The hotel room had sliding doors which allowed the bathroom to be separated off from the hotel room - There were Clarins products in the shower room - The hotel staff were helpful and loaned us an adaptor for our stay - Geneva is a beautiful city and we were close to the lake, Christmas market and the train station

- We had to request coffee refills on one of the days as these weren’t left after cleaning - Breakfast wasn’t included and to have a cooked breakfast it was about her 25 CHF per person - The location of the hotel was in the less pleasant part of town

Breakfast very poor. Basic choices missing. On request for a hot breakfast was offered fried eggs , boiled, scrambled or omelettes were not available . Free minibar !!! Consisted of a packet of crisps and a bottle of water , constantly had to request coffee/tea bags - basic issues let this hotel down. Plugs are specific to Swiss so any other adapters don’t work. Hotel doesn’t supply so needed to shop for them

The staff were great. Virginie and Karim at the front desk were courteous and welcoming. They went out of their way to assist us with our requests and questions during our stay. Other staff with whom we interacted were very friendly and helpful too. The location was central and other places easy to get to by walking or public transportation. Our room was spacious and very clean as were common areas and the restaurant. The breakfast was good. The staff made our stay great.

While parking was available, it was not easy to access and most certainly not ideal if you wanted to take the car from the garage with any frequency. I thought the corridor color scheme made it too dark. The room furniture was showing its age.

The room and facilities were superb. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Bed was lovely and very comfortable. Clarins toiletries were a bonus! Carlos on reception was lovely! Great having a coffee machine and fridge in the room. Fantastic location too. Everything was spotless.

Although the windows blocked out a lot of noise, the room was still quite noisy at night and the doors in the hotel were slamming late into the night. The room was really warm overnight and sadly the air-conditioning on low speed was really noisy so we had to have it on full which was again not quiet.

My comment is not fitting in this window so I have to leave google reviews But in short words Thank you for the people who do their best to work in this hotel! The design is very nice, rooms are beautiful and super clean! The infused water juices and sweet treats on the house was a really sweet touch Thank you Virgine and the Manager(Turkish guy) sorry didn’t asked the name but they made my stay! And also thank you for the cleaning team to make my room spotless on arrival and during the stay If I would be back I would definitely staying in here again!

I like the reception who was on duty on 19/7/2024. She is really helpful. At least i am not getting the vibe my wife and I not welcome here (at least this is the general vibe i am getting anywhere in swiss as a muslim couple)

Lack of communication from the hotel on their breakfast serving. Especially on the hot food that they serves. The waiter that serves us on 20/7/2024 gives me the not welcoming strare. Until i step into the breakfast area and trying to get a seat, then she ask for my room number. She should have been greeting me the 1st time i am at the breakfast bar and ask for my room number instead of starung at me.

The staff here was extremely friendly and helpful. They made sure to help us get situated even though we arrived a tad bit early. The room was very clean and spacious and the location near the lake was a short 5 minute walk away. We also received some wonderful recommendations for a fondue dinner, the Choco pass activity and even were given a free public transport pass so that we could take either a bus or the water taxis. The final cherry on top was the fact that the reception treated us to a glass of champagne each to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary.

I stayed here in 2022 and they were very helpful with early check in / leaving my bags 💼 at the hotel while doing some travel outside the country but this time the virtual assistant was not as helpful or accommodating, that was a little disappointing however the staff at the hotel were quite nice and helpful.
