The location of the hotel is good, close to Geneva and and within one hour driving from Chamonix, Yvoire and Annecy. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast very good with several options yogurt, ham, cheese, eggs, croissants and good coffee. The staff was very attentive with the clients and the dog was the mascot of the hotel, entertaining the clients with his ball.

An air conditioning will be good for the hot summer days so no need to sleep with the open windows and to hear the noise from outside.

The room was so cute. It's an old fashioned hotel but it looks better than the pictures. The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom had clearly been redone in the last few years. The shower got a great review from my boyfriend. The staff was friendly and they had a cute dog. The lobby is pretty and looked really comfortable. There is also outdoor seating, which is nice. The hotel is easy to access via tram and the train station is like a 15min walk away.

I have no major complaints. The only issue is the location, there's not too much going on in Annemasse. However it is very easy to get to Geneva from the hotel. Definitely a lot cheaper to stay in this hotel then Geneva.

The room is nice and neat. The area is walkable and safe. The parking is free. This place is good.

The hotel doesn't provide the tea cup and kettle. They provide a one-time use cup, but it is on the first day, no more in the second day. The electric outlet is only 2 prong. The grounded prong was builded in. If you have the power jack with 3 prong. It won't work for you.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful and welcoming. Even the cute owner’s dog was welcoming! I like the fact that the check in is relatively early, at 1:00 pm, and that there is free parking onsite. It’s a gated parking lot for the hotel customers. I didn’t know at first that you could just bring your car in front of the gate and the staff would open it for you. So I parked my car in a nearby lot temporarily. The nice lady at the front desk recommended I bring the car into the hotel parking lot right after check-in. I really enjoyed staying there. I would definitely stay there next time I’m in the area.

They were amazing, I relized when I came there that i needed to be closer to Geneva university due to the conference I was in and they agreed to repay me the nights that I was going to stay so I could move and be more comfortable. Thank you so much! they were amazing.

A very happy, non English speaking lady checked me in with no problems! Room was ready early and she even took my luggage to the room while I was out for lunch. Seems like a family-owned, old-fashion hotel within walking distance to town and train/tram stations. It's about 25 minutes to Geneva and at 1/3 of the price!

Reception was good. Friendly staff, very clean room and facilities. Very close to shopping and tram and train station. Quite a lovely place

Breakfast can improve . It was very light. Room 25 didn't see any air vents so was not sure had to open my window a bit at night for fresh air. With window open the noise of vehicles and motorcycles from the streets was quite disturbing to sleep.

This hotel suited our needs for a 2 night stay. Although the room was small, the bathroom was a good size and everything was spotless. Location was good, easy tram ride into Geneva.

Never been here actually BUT. I had a reservation in this Hotel. The plan was to meet a friend in Geneva and sleep in Atalante after thag. The check in time stops at 10.00 pm and we were late, so she offered me to sleep in her house instead. So thank you! ❤️ 10/10 deserved
