Really nice and comfortable hotel. Clean, comfortable and welcoming staff. Rooms have a good size, desk, air conditioning. Silent at night, no bothering noise (great windows) and easy to sleep well. There is good transport options just there or around the corner. Internet was stable and fast. The location is great if you are for work around the area or want some extra peace. In front of a nice park and the lake, botanical gardens and United Nations. Only a few restaurants around, but Paquin area is walking distance. Breakfast was good too, good options. Would definetly recommend it.

From the hospitality point of view, the hotel staff from the reception to the housekeeping are very courteous and friendly. From the time I booked, the communication was very efficient which made planning very comfortable. The rooms are quite well equipped with properly functioning appliances and water pressure with hot water. Although being next to a busy road, the room was quiet with comfortable beds. Its also within 6 mins walk from the nearest tram station which is connected to the main Geneva station. The rooms also did not smell damp or with strong fragrance.

Perhaps a net on the windows can help a lot to get some fresh air without worrying about the insects. Also menu changes at breakfast would greatly help for people staying more than a couple of days. Some warm items like soup, sausages, bacon, types of eggs, and bakery items could help.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful location, next to the park and the lake. Staff was really friendly and helped us in everything we needed. We arrived very late from our trip and they helped us find a parking place and arranged everything so that we could get some rest as soon as possible. Rooms were perfect, we had two rooms sharing the same entrance, which was great for 5 people. Everything was very clean. The double bed was very good. Breakfast was great in a nice dining room. Check out until midday, Great!!! It's pet friendly!!!! We will certainly come back in our next trip to Geneva.

Most probably it was the best stay in 3 stars hotel in my life and everything (or almost everything) exceeded my expectations. 1. Room was very clean and well maintained 2. Friendly and helpful staff. 3. The pillows!!! They are flat and very comfy to sleep without any neck pain after. 4. Location - located next to a nice park and Lake. A bit away from noise and suspicious streets. 5. It was very calm during my stay without many guests in the hotel.

Breakfast is good but there is no variety and they serve same options every day.

Location - Easily reached by bus from Airport - No 5 to UN Place of Nations, walk 2-3 minutes to change to No 22 to Hotel Eden; easy reach of UN - main building and other locations. For meetings at UN easily walked (15 minutes maximum) or take the 22 tram 2 stops (5 minutes), and for conferences at Ramada Inn Conference Centre - easily reached by No 22 tram which runs straight there (about 40 minutes). Breakfast - suited me well as continental and excellent yoghurt and walnuts plus dates! Also one boils one's own eggs in an easily operated gadget with the facility to biol to one's desired soft/medium/hard (egg timers with these three options supplied!) Lots of other variety for those with breakfast appetite - fruit (mainly apples, mandarins/tangellos), toast - variety of breads, plus cheese, etc etc ... Lovely olde worlde lift that worked well - and spiral staircase excellent for exercising by walking up and down the stairs - one could take the lift without difficulty (used with luggage) but stairs (when without luggage) - excellent mild exercise.

QR Code worked well to ensure Wifi link to one of my phones, but refused to activate re the other phone which was a bit annoying (as the latter phone has one of my e-mail addresses which is not on the other phone).

The Hotel Eden location can't be beat for meetings at the WTO. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch and dinner in the restaurant.

While many rooms have an updated, large walk-in shower, the bathroom in the Superior rooms has a large tub but a tiny prefab plastic shower unit that was barely big enough to get the job done. I much prefer the walk in shower I've had in other rooms. It was not an issue during this stay because the weather was cool, but while there is A/C in the sleeping areas the elevator, hallways, and rooms other than the bedroom (e.g., bathrooms) can get very hot if temps are high. Also, between the end of lunch and start of dinner, there is no access to food/drink at the hotel. Fortunately there is a very nice coffee shop around the corner.

The bathroom was very clean, with very good quality of fixtures and items and everything worked with swiss clock precision. No issues at all with drainage, odors, mold. Excellent sanitary level and tap water quality. Breakfast was very good. There are hotels with greater variety of food but all you need to start the day is offered, at a very good quality, by a very kind personnel. Also, 24/7 desk service kindness at the entrance, elevator. Free public transport included in the price, for an excellent network of buses, trams and boats, was a very pleasant and useful surprise.

I like even bigger rooms and with a bidet in the bathroom, (as in Italy, for instance), at this price or even lower but that's just me and Switzerland is more expensive. Wife and daughter were just fine with the room size. Practically, we did not really need anything more, since we were out most of the time.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise, on multiple fronts. First, breakfast was ample, and the service was outstanding. It is mainly buffet, but the two ladies who work in the restaurant are superb but their jobs. Secondly, I would like to give a shout out to Camille at the front desk. She embodies what every hospitality employee should be: friendly, efficient, gracious, helpful. The Geneva travel pass made getting around the city so easy whenever we needed or wanted to take a bus. The hotel is located across the road from Lake Geneva, and the walks along toward the old town or delightful. Thanks for a lovely day.

The lobby area was very nice and well decorated, with great interior design. The staff were very friendly and attentive the entire time. The room was decent for the price, and it came with a good large balcony. There want a view of Lake Geneva from the east side, but the view was still nice, and we spent a fair amount of time out there. The bathroom had a nice modern interior design. The hotel location was excellent for being in between the airport and the city centre, and we could get to the city centre fairly quickly and easily by either walking or getting the bus.

The show design in the bathroom was rather strange, so that the bathroom floor got pretty wet quite quickly, so we had to have short showers or have a soaked bathroom floor. The options for the breakfast were simple average, apart from the cereal selection which was decent. The elevator was very old and small, but had a nice antique feel.

It is by far the most comfortable stay I have had in a hotel while travelling abroad. The Hotel provides a very personal form of service. The rooms are clean and cosy. The bathrooms spic and span. The showers always give you the right temperature hot water in seconds. The staff are extraordinary. They are professional and friendly and serve with a smile. The location, right next to the lake and the botanical gardens is spectacular. The menu though limited is tasty.Check in and check out - very efficient. Really - could not ask for more.

If you want to do Yoga in the morning within your room, it can be challenging. :) Otherwise, perfect.
