Very convenient, clean & spacious room

The female staff at check in was polite. The male staff & check in & check out was rude. I was using crutches & obviously having difficulty with my luggage on check out, but the male staff looked the other way & didn’t even offer to help. The male staff didn’t even thank me for staying or wish me well. When I offered him the key card he just pointed at the box and said “there”, no smile, no greeting, nothing.

The hotel and breakfast was good

It is Not a geneva airport hotel. It is 15 minutes drive from the airport. It cost 40 Euros each way by taxi to the airport. There is no free shuttle to the airport you have to book in advance and pay for it.

Only stayed here as we were flying in late and wanted a cheap place to stay as all we needed was a bed and breakfast the next morning and then we were off to our real destination. So proximity to the airport was the reason to stay here.

The bed sheets were horrible, I don't expect Egyptian cotton but wow they were so rough it was hard to sleep.

Very nice included breakfast . The hotel shuttle is a private taxi - to be booked with Kirotravel - 50 euro return trip . Hotel is actually a distance away from airport - but still cheaper than other options . Private taxi was waiting for me -no hanging around for hotel shuttle

A vending machine selling instant meals , not just chocolate!

Super friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Especially given our late booking and arrival due to a cancelled flight! Good continental breakfast available from 6am - 10am.

More for awareness rather than a dislike, the airport shuttle service was 45€ return for 2 people and only departs from the hotel on the hour.

recently renovated, the hotel is top notch. everything is clean and new, the bar/kitchen area is friendly and welcoming, and the included breakfast was excellent. the bedroom has everything you can expect from a small hotel room, with ample lighting options

Breakfast was okay. Check-in was very quick and the cleanliness level was quite good.

No taxis arrive at the hotel in the morning which was annoying as I had to walk to find the bus with my suitcase. Staff could have been better with welcoming guests.

The staff where really helpful with any questions we had They sorted us early breakfast and coffee

It’s not as close as it looks to the airport … it costs quite a lot in a taxi and you can’t walk it as the roads don’t allow

Lovely fresh rooms & communal areas. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Good airport shuttle service.

Walls were thin, so got woken up a lot as people were coming and going. Hotel on an industrial estate. A vegan milk option would have been nice.

Breakfast was excellent, Staff hospitality was excellent. I just liked the hotel

Please put a refrigerator in the rooms and place a bigger dust bin. Thanks
