The location was great for us. We had friends in the same town. Additionally, the buses were very convenient and the stops were close by. Was easy to get in and out of Geneva also via public transport. It was nice to have the small kitchen etc. since we were travelling with children. The balcony space is nice to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

The bedroom is a little snug. The one chest of drawers cannot fully open, as it is in front of the bed. There is no air conditioning. We were given two fans which helped a lot, but was still quite stuffy at night. The kitchen trash signs were confusing. All seemed to be for recyclables only. The closest grocery is a bit of a walk. I would suggest walking there (25-30 mins), and time yourself to catch the bus back with your supplies.

We stayed in the flat in Veyrier-du-Lac in early July and really enjoyed the beautiful location. The view from the flat is stunning, and the apartment is generally well-equipped and spacious for a family of 5.

However, we were disappointed by the quality of the bedding and pillows. All five of us experienced poor sleep due to the lack of comfort, which did impact our overall experience. We believe this is something that should be addressed, as it would significantly improve the quality of the stay. With this improvement, the flat would be an excellent place to return to.

I liked the fact it was very quiet, spacious and the beds were very good. I disliked the fact that smoked was blown up from the house nearby into the compulsory vents in the northern bedroom. I guess there is little that can be done but it was quite annoying. I previously stayed in the building G in July 2022. It was very warm at the time and the noise of the road prevented me from opening the windows at night and that was not great. Other from that I really appreciate the quality of the beds, the cleanliness and the very kind and obliging staff

The property has all the dishes and kitchen stuff you need for four people. You can cook and you have a decent size fridge and dishwasher. And the location is amazing, balcony view is magnificent. There are cows grazing here and there and you wake up to a beautiful day every day. The staff is so helpful and understanding, special thanks to Alexia. They have helped us with whatever we need. There is a huge outdoor parking area for free and it was perfect match for us.

We didn't see any staff. However, the instructions were very thorough and we easily accessed our key and the appartment, which was really well equipped, clean and comfortable. I was dissapointed to find a finger/toenail on the floor, but appart from that everything else was spotless. It was great value for money and in a lovely peaceful setting.

Great residence, close to the CERN and the Swiss border. The apartment was simple but perfectly clean. Ideal if you have a car as public transport options are a bit limited.

Reception working hours are limited, but they have an electronic box for the keys that worked well.

The apartment was super-complete and well equipped. It was very quiet and comfortable which allowed us to have a much needed well-slept night. We thoroughly enjoyed Geneve at night, and then easily got to the apartment to have a very good sleep and start the next day with full energy. We will certainly stay here every time we come back to Geneve.

Location was marvellous, close enough to Geneva Airport that the cost of the ride in was far, far less than the cost of an equivalent Swiss Hotel. Quiet location, great parking, it would be a good base for a longer term stay if we were in the region. The reception staff were great, very attentive and courteous. The 12:00 noon checkout was fantastic as well. Will stay there again for sure if we are in the region.

A few issues with cleanliness - we had a ground floor unit and the outside of the sliding door was a touch dusty, plus there was an old sponge lying on the ground! Small gripes, the inside was very clean indeed and that's what counts.

it is a good location if you want to spent sometime near to Geneve, it is very good located and has accaptable service. I can advice it without any doubt

In my case, after receiving the keys, finding my accommodation was a bit challenging. It could be a personal issue, so make sure to clarify everything beforehand, as the complex is quite large.

spacious room, comfy beds, nice storage spaces to keep room clean and tidy. This place is VERY CLOSE to Geneva. Actually I did not realize this is in France when I made the reservation. We did our Geneva tour (united nations, etc) with no problem. We surprisingly found about the Voltaire House and we have a nice walk in the Chateau de Voltaire. There is a Chinese Buffet (Restaurant HONG) nearby. I was a little confused about parking - the management was very honest and informed me of free parking. There is an reception on the campus opens in business hours and part of Saturday. We were luck to arrive right before she closes on Saturday.

a little bit far away from the town. You will nee a car or taxi. Hallway has some cleaning detergent smell due to lack of ventilation in the hallway. No problem inside the apartment. Toilet and shower are in separate rooms. There is no fan nor window in the toilet room.
