Very pleasant staff. Nice breakfast with lovely fresh bread and croissants. Simple rooms but had everything I needed for my three-night stay including a fan which was welcome as it was very hot. Spotlessly clean. I would certainly recommend for a stay in Bellegarde.

Directions were easy as there was a sign in the street, only a short walk from the railway station. Maggie checked us in and explained everything, she spoke English which made it easier for us! Yes the room was tiny, but it was fine for our night there. It was extremely clean. A continental breakfast was served, it had all the usual foods which we enjoy. We definitely recommend Hôtel Hermance.

Location easy to find with plenty of parking very close by (less than a minute). Breakfast was simple but wholesome, with very fresh criosants and some of the best coffee I've tasted in a long time. Room and bathroom very clean and the quartier was very quiet. The customer service was excellent beforehand in providing directions and details of how to access the property after reception closed.

Quieter upstairs guests! Although it worked fine, the parking was in 'la place' which was half taken up with a fun fair.

The location is excellent, especially for those arriving by train. The hotel is functional and clean and the service at reception is very good. The breakfast was excellent and worth the money.

easily accessible local free parking. The local council should invest in more direction sineage It was difficult to get out of the town. My BMW sat nav got lost. !!

Small rooms, the lift should be operational. It would have been difficult negotiating the stairs for people who are non ambulant.
