The room was a great size, with an independent kitchenette (although we had to turn the fridge off because it was too noisy!). The beds were comfortable too.

The Tesla charger was out of order, which was one of the reason we picked this hotel, and the restaurant attached to the hotel (LEON) was shockingly bad - we were informed that only three things on the menu were actually available because of kitchen problems, then we waited almost two hours for our order, after which on dish didn't arrive at all, and we were given a "generous" 10% discount for our troubles, which we found out later was just the standard discount for guests staying in the hotel. Outrageous.

The room has a kitchenette, microwave oven, stove, dishes, cups, glasses, pots, etc. The shower has a tub. It has a spacious closet and a desk. If you want to go to the supermarket you need to take the bus, there is one, one station further on (bus 66). Friendly attention from the hotel staff. This hotel is in the mountains, a 3-minute drive from Domaine de Gonville Golf Club and 5 minutes from CERN ("European Organization for Nuclear Research", in English, I guess). Close to the 66 bus station.

Convenient location to CERN and surrounding area, excellent views of Jura mountains. Local supermarket close by. Lovely meal at restaurant and very helpful staff. Room was spacious, bed very comfortable.

Needed more cutlery and chopping board. Air-conditioning centrally controlled needed to be a bit cooler and fan wasn't very good.

The room was fairly large, the bathroom and closet plenty big, and the separate toilet chamber was appreciated. I didn't get to use the kitchen facilities. I liked the towel heater and the space heater in the room that I could control. The breakfast was quite nice. At night I had to park in the rear but it was a quick walk inside.

The beds were a little firm, would be nice to have a bit softer topping, but overall comfortable. It is an aparthotel so a little pricey per night for longer duration stays. Perhaps they have deals for longer stays-- that would be worth it.

The bathroom was full of someone else’s hair and there were many stains on the ceiling - not sure the room was cleaned properly. Also, the Tesla charger was broken, which is one of the main reasons we wanted to stay here…

the room was really cozy and clean, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen albeit small but well equipped with utensils, water pressure of the shower was on point.

No amenities were provided and hand shampoo was diluted with water. Breakfast ran out fast in the morning. No convenient stores nearby the hotel. Slow wifi

Very Spacious and located around the beautiful mountains and fields…nice and quiet place to stay and ideal for long stays with family and friends. Equipped with all kitchen appliances including dishwashers and microwave. Comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Friendly staffs and last but not least Great Breakfast

I can't forget Mr.Thomas , senior receptionist , with his nice attitude and smile , he is always supportive and helpful, all the staff are nice , thank you so much for all the staff

the air conditioner is not working properly, spoiling our stay, they promised us to repair the air conditioner in the beginning of June for the whole apartments , we wish so

I can't forget Mr.Ervin and Sara for their warm welcome for us , they are extremely nice, helpful and professional , I like the hotel, every year I come to this nice hotel , but this year, there is big problem I will mention it in the negative points.

The corridor is our floor is totally dim , light is broken, imagine you're are staying in hotel apartment with dim carridor , not nice at all , I informed the receptionist, they told me it is night now, no technician available now , we will manage it tomorrow, on the second day morning, I reminded them to repair the light in the carridor , they said, they will manage it , unfortunately, nothing was done, then , in the third day, I reminded them, they said, it is weekend now , no technicain available, is really annoying. This is the first time in my life I stayed in a hotel apartment or hotel with totally dim carridor with no light, and i am quite sure, rarely you will find such , anyhow, staff are nice and kind ,
