This is a regular annual stop-over or for longer stays.. Much improved over the last 15 years. Accommodation is not large but we'll presented. and should suit all needs good parking very close to rooms for loading and unloading and very helpful staff. 10 mins walk to the lake. Great swimming and warersports. Small kitchenette suitable for hot and cold meal preparation. Good outside eating spaces. Excellent air con much appreciated with outside temps in the mid 30°'s. Lidl within 4 mins walk great for self caring needs Great view from all rooms. See picture

Staff is super friendly and nice. Very attentive. We had a really lovely stay!! Highly recommended for families with kids. My kiddo loved the bouncing mat and jacuzzi was top!!

The location is great and view lake so nice, the only minus was that it faces the street so there was a bit of noise from the outside only. Other than that really a pleasant and relaxing spot

The hotel is conveniently located for an overnight stay on the go. It's simple, so don't expect too much, but comfortable. You can book time in a sauna or jacuzzi located on a shared terrace. Parking on a territory is convenient. What I need to mark is super welcoming and friendly staff - they did everything to make our stay pleasant, huge thanks to them.

2 out of 3 rooms were quite cold when we arrived and it took time to warm them up.

Lovely welcome from the caretaker gentleman. The apartment was perfectly serviceable and in a convenient location. WiFi was good and storage for bikes handy. Table tennis and Babyfoot much appreciated as was the sauna and hot tub. Good base for our trip to Lake Annecy. Recommend bikes for getting around.

The newly renovated rooms were a highlight, featuring all the necessary amenities without any shortcomings. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel was impeccable. One of the most charming aspects was the stunning view of Lac D'Annecy, which added a serene beauty to the stay. Its location, not too far from the city, offered the perfect balance between accessibility and a peaceful retreat. Additionally, the availability of parking was a convenient plus.

The only downside I encountered was an issue with the contact number provided by Booking, which seemed incorrect. This made it challenging to arrange our arrival time as we couldn't get in touch with the property beforehand. However, upon our arrival, the staff's friendly and welcoming demeanor quickly dissipated any concerns. Overall, my stay at Hotel Residel was a pleasurable experience, marred only slightly by the initial communication hiccup.

My wife did not love the small shower and toilet room that looked unfinished. But nobody else cared :-)

Lovely staff, spoke great English. Meet with a welcome drink, much appreciated. The view, spa & sauna were great, the bed was huge and very comfortable.

The apartment was tiny, not really suitable for a family with 2 kids. The shower is barely gets you wet, the kids called it a mist rather than a shower.

The apartment was perfect for a couple of nights stay while we explored lake Annecy. The hot tub, table tennis & other outdoor activities were perfect for our 2 boys too.

The bathroom was a bit on the smaller size, but adequate for 3 nights.

Very friendly, helpful and polite staff. All the appliances were brand new. They had all the facilities in the complex such as gym, sauna and play room for kids. The lake view is fantastic.

The only thing is the property is not suitable for families with little children as it has some hazards like stairs and some bumps which can be caught easily.

Beautiful place. Very comfortable room, everything you could need. Loved the added bonus of the hot tub and sauna with incredible views of the mountains. Loved having a garden straight off the room.
