The room was comfortable, clean and beautiful. So many wonderful little touches to make everything just perfect. The hosts were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about the area. In our month of traveling through Italy and France this was our very favourite place we stayed in. The views are incredible and the breakfast one of the best we have had( Bruno’s scrambled eggs are the very best)in our travels. I can’t recommend this highly enough, a true highlight. Bruno and Diana are the sweetest hosts ever. Love from Canada❤️

Everything was great but Bruno & Dani’s hospitality was absolutely the best- They made my first ever trip to Annecy one of the best experiences ever. I feel so lucky that I was able to meet such caring and sweet hosts like Bruno & Dani :) If I ever plan on visiting Annecy again, I’ll definitely go back to their place! I highly recommend!

Amazing stay, everything was perfect. Stunning view from the dining/lounge area which we could sit and look out at anytime. Use of secure garage to store bikes. Our room and bathroom was small but we knew this when booking and was still spotless and wonderfully decorated with extra small touches. Dani and Bruno are perfect hosts full of information and catering for all tastes and keen to accommodate. Would not hesitate to recommend.

If we could, we would give this B&B more than 10 points. The hosts, Bruno and Daniela were exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful. We felt as if we were part of the family within five minutes. The house is very well-designed and extremely clean and at the same time cosy. We stayed in the family room, which is very large and well equipped. Comfortable bed, large bathroom and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The surprises (only good ones!) were the welcome drink, the use of a kitchen, and the dedicated space in the fridge. Bruno and Daniela were proud of their breakfast - and rightly so. A great choice of cereal, breads, home-made jams, cheese, ham and fruit. Bruno made wonderful fresh scrambled egg for us too. We've already decided to visit again for a longer stay.

Dani and Bruno are amazing hosts, nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is superb. The property is well located and served as a great base from which to explore Annecy and the surrounding region.

We stayed for 3 nights. Everything was just perfect: the room, the beds&pillows , the breakfast, the hospitality. It is a perfect place to enjoy Annecy and the surroundings using good recommendations of dear Daniela and Bruno, the owners. Thank you guys !
