Breakfast was fantastic. Dinner setting under the trees was great.

1. We booked dinner 3 months in advance however we were given the worst table furthest away from the water (and in a high traffic area), and when we asked to be moved (to one of the many tables that were empty, we were met with a very curt no! So we had to ask again and state that we had booked so far in advance, and only then did we get moved. It left a slightly bitter taste, particularly as there were so many tables we could have been easily moved to in the first instance without having to insist. 2. The air-conditioning in our room was too cold. Prefer to leave the windows ajar however that is a risk for mosquitoes or similar.

Top was the staff! Always friendly and helpful with lots of information if we needed it. One could see that they like working there. Our room was great, we had a little balcony/terrace, it was so quiet there. We loved the whole place and it was so nice to hang out at the pool after a busy morning as it was quite hot. Nice to walk around and we liked our coffee in the bar.

We didn't have breakfast nor dinner as we found it to be too expensive. Just a little tip: would be nice to have more hooks in the bathroom so we could hang clothes and towels.

Beautiful location right on gorgeous Lake Annecy. The front patio wheee you eat breakfast and dine for meals overlooks the lake. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Helped to set up paragliding outing and made dinner reservations one night. our dinner at the restaurant was exquisite. Make sure you make dinner reservations ahead of time and get a room with a lake view

Not much. For easiest swimming access to the Lake you had walk five minutes to the very nice public beach. but could also access lake in front of hotel

Breakfast options very limited on hot options (only scrambled eggs no bacon or sausages offered) so we didn’t feel it was worth the price and instead we chose to have breakfast at the L’Abbaye hotel next door for the same price better options.

If we had known that out of a three night stay, we could only dine once at the hotel we would not have booked this hotel. There was no mention of this reduced facility on the website - very disappointed

We loved the location, dinner on the terrace overlooking the lake was excellent. Our lake view room was very comfortable and had a balcony with lake view. The communal areas and reception are very well run.

Only one point; lunch is served only between 12.30 and 1.15pm, we arrived at 1.17pm and were told the kitchen was closed even though we were hotel residents.

Everything we were hoping for: great location, super friendly staff, qualitative experience (clean & lovely facilities, bed & food).

Location was perfect next to the lake , nice restaurants and cafe in the village. Bakery 5 minute walk away

The location was incredible but the staff were so good across every aspect. Front desk amazing on any request. Food and dining also exceptional. Will be back for sure

Fantastic hotel. Amenities good, staff brilliant, breakfast very good with excellent coffee. The location is perfect (ok, it was a very sunny weekend in September) for walks, swims and dinning in the village.
