We really enjoyed our stay here. We spent most of our time in the garden and visiting Annency. The room was clean and comfortable but did have a bit of a strange smell. The garden overlooking the lake was absolutely beautiful and the flowers and landscaping with the different seating areas were all wonderful. The weather was hot and sunny so it was a shame that the pool wasn't opened a little earlier. We also found the hot tub usage quite expensive. We would have loved to use it but 18€pp for an hour was a bit expensive for the time.

The location was perfect to relax and see the lake, but near enough to Annecy to see the old town. Manuel on the front desk was amazing he sorted out my booking error and was so helpful all the time we were there. Breakfast was exceptional and the 3 course set menu in the evening tremendous value at only 25 Euros. The pool was fantastic and great to use even in late October.

Rooms were a little small and dated. Bed was firm and mattress a little lumpy. Had some bad nights sleep.

stunning location, wonderful lake swimming and walks round the lake, including to Annecy. Good aircon and decent sized family room. Choice of two (very good but expensive)restaurants and plenty of others nearby.

The bar is extremely expensive (tho it’s partly this whole area in high season). Pool has fantastic views but it and the number of sun loungers is small given the number of guests the hotel can accommodate.

The view from the room, deck, sauna and pool was incredible. It was a peaceful stay. The breakfast was excellent. The walk into town is pleasant, however driving into town and parking is quite difficult. It was perfect for a weekend trip.

The online communication could use some improvement. The staff were really friendly and helpful in person but I kept on having mix-ups online. In one case, I had checked in and received my key in the afternoon. At around 10 that evening, I got an annoyed voicemail and email saying that the check in is closed and that they would have to make some special arrangement to get me my key. It was if I was inconveniencing them. Very odd.

I absolutely loved my time at the hotel. Everything was wonderful, the bed, mattress, and pillows were very comfortable, and the view from the room was amazing. I always appreciate having a coffee machine in the room. The garden and pool areas were very beautiful. The pool was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was excellent, with a magnificent view of the lake. And the staff were very friendly. I will definitely come back here again!

The hotel is beautifully situated at the shore of Lake Annecy, only a few km from the town Annecy. Everything was clean, staff were friendly, beds comfy and the view from our room was stunning (lake view with snow topped mountains raising right behind it). The breakfast room/restaurant has the same few - spectacular. There were enough parking spaces right in front of the hotel. We also liked the fact that there is no road between the hotel and the lake, just a bike & foot path, so it was nice and quiet at night.

Generally a bit overpriced. The one rather old elevator is very small and claustrophobic. To get to reception one has to climb some rather steep stairs - not easy with a heavy suitcase. Nobody offered help with carrying luggage. The hotel charged 15€ extra for the dog per night but did not even provide a feeding/water bowl.

Wonderful location by the lake and the cycle path . Glorious pool and poolside terrace overlooking the lake . Excellent food served in the dining room which also had fabulous views of the lake and mountains . The service from the hotel manager /reception was outstanding .

The rooms are fine but dated

The apartment was amazing. It was spacious, very clean and supplied with everything you need for your stay. The views over the lake and the mountains are spectacular. There is a private underground garage and a cycle store if needed. The girl at reception was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel location and view are amaizing. The breakfast is nice. Quiet room with a great bathroom. Free Parking. The front desk and breakfast fast were polite and friendly.

The parking is small and get full very fast, expeciality during the evening when the hotel's restaurant is open for everybody.

nothing, all was good, the hotel was just opening for the season therefore we would visit a little later in May if we were to visit the area again.
