Almost everything. The setting is absolutely stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and truly restorative. The staff struck the perfect balance: warm, attentive, and professional without ever being overbearing. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, with a bed that was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was generous and varied, a real treat to start the day. And the added bonus of free parking made everything just that bit easier.

More observations than complaints—but a few things could enhance the experience. The spa, while pleasant, would benefit from a couple of additional features like a sauna and a cold plunge, as a pool and hammam feel a little limited. Access to the spa is also somewhat awkward, requiring a walk through the gardens in standard-issue hotel slippers—something we were lucky not to attempt in bad weather. Lastly, locking the settings on the in-room TV felt unnecessarily restrictive and a bit infantilising. The screen brightness was so intense it might have been visible from space, and it couldn’t be adjusted without calling in a technician—something I didn’t have the energy or inclination to pursue.

Very helpful and friendly staff, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was perfect. The pool facilities were very clean and well maintained. The lakeside location away from town, and a local bus route close by as we didn’t have a car. Amazing views, beautiful grounds. Wouldn’t hesitate to return

Absolutely nothing - we were very happy with everything. But to enhance the overall experience and attraction of the hotel, another couple of jetties to access the lake for swimming (for hotel guests only) would be a bonus in my opinion.

It's a stunning location. An example of 'old fashioned' luxry hotel, but nicely updated. All the usual comforst and services - valet parking, top restaurant etc. Room was lovely if a little smaller than I expected, lake view. The lakeside bar and swimming area is informal and welcoming, never too busy when we were there. It's a short drive from Annecy itself which we liked but you are dependnet on the hotel for everything.

We had an armagnac in the bar and would have appreciated being told they were €90 each before drinking them! breakfast one morning was chaotic for reasons we copuldn't fathom Otherwise pretty near pefect

Location, view is amazing, very nice smell all over the hotel.

-Restaurant menu have no variety at all, and they said it is fully booked but I insist and they found one for us, but we saw the menu and couldn't order anything then went to our room and ordered room service which is not that much variety but better than the restaurant. -Spa rooms haven't the necessary needs such as bathrobe, slippers.. u have to bring it or ask for it. They said all fully booked and no appointments, but when I insisted, they arranged one, and I found that there aren't other spa rooms and no guests using spa massages at all. -We booked 1 suit, which is amazing !!! It's so big and comfy, and the toilet is huge. And booked another regular room which was very small in a very uncomfy why and would never ever book it again, it has a very small window without balcony.

Very Complicated check in because we did it through booking we paid booking it then had to reconfirm and repay through another email link that didn’t work it bounced back then I called the hotel direct and they said we had to call back in the next to fix it:(! They did the same thing w dinner reservations, & then after we left! - don’t need added stress when trying to get away for a relaxing weekend !

It was beautiful everything was great. Lovely room with a view over the lake. The food was very good and we sat on the terrace each evening which was lovely with a view of the lake. The staff were excellent. Every staff member we had contact with was brilliant.

Everything is so beautiful, beyond the description and the service is so wonderful. Mr. Sebastian, who worked as vehicle coordinator, helped me booking the taxi in different cities for a long time. I am very grateful to all the help from people working there , such as front desk lady who helped us booking water taxi and bar attendant lady in the swimming pool area, people working in the restaurant. Beautiful hotel with beautiful people, Thank you all!

super professional every thing, quite place with a dreaming magnificent view, helpful staff and welcoming, super clean hotel, in this hotel you don’t have to worry about anything even if you miss something they email you and provide you to send it back to u !!!! this is my second stay and i will be back for sure
