Easy access to Annecy and the lake. Fantastic buffet breakfast. All staff friendly and helpful and dog friendly. Air con very welcome in the extreme heat. On site cafe and bakery very convenient for coffee and snacks.

Busy road between hotel and lake and limited parking on site . Lots of building works going on around the hotel. Small rooms.

Comfortable bed, good quality linen, very well appointed room (lots of plug sockets, coffee machine, kettle, safe etc.) There are some really nice design features in the rooms and around the hotel generally. Breakfast was excellent but there was an extra charge for omelettes etc. The pool was a bonus.

Although the room was well equipped, I was disappointed that only cardboard cups were provided. This seemed to me to be cheap in contrast to the quality of everything else. Also, the wardrobe space is very limited, ok for a few days but as we were at the end of a 14 day trip, we had more luggage than could be accommodated. I was a little put off by the extra cost for some of the breakfast elements when the price was already quite high.

Location was superb as a base for exploring Lake Annecy and the historic old town (walking distance). Hotel is modern is nicely designed.

There was a constant smell of food (grease), probably from the bakery or the kitchen, in the lobby and in the classic room which we booked so we had to change room. Pool is small and to get there, you have to walk past the bar which is open to the public. Although the hotel is new, the wear and tear is obvious (bathroom door couldn't close in the first room we were checked into). Housekeeping could do a better job - there were spiderwebs in the corner of the second room we were checked into but as we had already requested the room change once, we didn't raise the issue with the hotel.

very nice hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. All was clean and rooms were decorated with style.

The room and bathroom are rather small when compared with the price. Expensive breakfast.

The breakfast was excellent. Hotel is new and well designed, simple for orientation, very good location, near the lake and 5 min from pedestrian zone. The staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms are well equipped and contemporary designed, well maintenced and clean. The receptionist who met us was very nice and helped us to choose the best room. You could find good pastry shop near the reception in lobby. The nearby construction site was a pretty unpleasant, if you want to keep windows open, but when the windows are closed the acoustic insulation is perfect . The open pool is on the second floor, very cosy, with sunbathing terrace and lake view.

. I had one strange situation. We came from walk at lunch time, my wife had a stomach problem and I asked the girl who run the morning waitress shift to prepare just simple boiled rice and carrots for my wife’s lunch. She refused, with arrogance and explanation that is not possible, although it is written that hotel offer room service. I have come a half an hour later when afternoon shift arrived and there was totally different situation. The young lady which run that shift was so kind. She jumped straight away and settled everything in five minutes in kitchen and a very empathetic waiter bring to our room food and helped us.

Stunning hotel with a beautiful outdoor terrace and pool area. The bakery at reception was incredibly convenient for purchasing breakfast pastries and baguettes/salads for lunch.

The lady who managed the pool area was very rude. She would force guests to get up from a sunbed they were already lying in order to move the bed and the umbrellas for no reason? She moved my bed and my umbrella multiple times over my stay so I was so longer in the shade which was against my wishes. She even moved me incredible close to other beds already used by other guests (so we were almost touching?!) despite there being plenty of space for everyone. She didn't have the English-language capability to explain why she was doing this. It made everyone every uncomfortable.

Hotel was in a great location right on the Lake Annecy and very close to the old town, the room had great views of the lake, and was a duplex amazing for a family of 4 the kids loved the mezzanine floor of the room's beds was almost like a little hide away for them, big enough for adults too with an extra toilet which was great. the room was very comfortable and modern.

Only had one F&B location and no proper bar area for evening drinks, and little choice, the couch area of the restaurant and the terrace were a little uncomfortable if used for drinks and chilling they were more like a waiting area. But the staff were very nice and helpful.

Great location, nice pool (outdoor), room was modern and decent size, although electric curtains didn't work.

It's VERY dog friendly to the point where guests had their dogs in the restaurant and were feeding them from the table. I asked to be moved but was told the other tables were booked but nobody showed up the whole time, so basically because we had our 2 kids, we felt we were dumped in the kids and dog section. Service was average to teh point I didn't tip which is very rare for me. They have very few parking spaces so if you want want one then make sure you let them know in advance. Luckily the lady on reception was very accommodating and found us a space when they saw our car was loaded to the roof with skiing kit so we needed a secure space. Without that we would have been on a public pay meter I guess.

The pool was heated to 31 degrees which meant we were able to use it on a rather cold and rainy day which my 6 year old loved - open 8am-8pm. The location was great - just a few minutes walk into the old town and the boats for the lake tours. Off street parking was also available. The family mezzanine rooms were new and very well equipped. We particularly liked the loo on the mezzanine level which means you don’t need to tackle stairs in the middle of the night for those upstairs. A free cot was provided - it’s the first time we have been provided with a sleep suit for the baby in a hotel. Although we didn’t pay for a lake view our room did have a view of the lake through an old tree which was lovely. The photos I saw online made this look like a bit of a soulless new build - not a fair reflection. The part of the hotel we were in was in fact an older building which I thought had been well restored. There is restaurant, cafe and boulongerie on site.

I am knit picking here but the stairs to the mezzanine level were metal and a little noisy. There was storage below them and as such one had to be careful not to hit one’s head against them when accessing this.

Absolutly pristine and modern accommodation, imaginatively designed around the old hotel.Views of lake and 10 minutes walk to wonderful shopping and restaurants in the old town. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Thoughtful that the hotel has a bakery which can do snacks and lunch at very reasonable price to complement more expensive but excellent restaurant.Great pool and relaxation terraces.Bedroom is generous and well designed. My wife and I will certainly return and it was all pergect for a 2 night stay. Plenty of families, so good for everyone. As an architect I have to congratulate the designers for the imaginative concept and interior design.

The parking in reserved bays is limited and difficult to get to down a twisting controled ramp.As new cometrs we were not aware you need to check in before you get a pass, but there was nowhere clear to leave the car while you do this..There are surface reserved disabled bays and if I had known I would have reserved one. Frankly there is ample public pay parking opposite the hotel and easy to use..I am not sure how the hotel can cure the onsite parking problem, but more explanation would help, Also, I wish the bedroom fridge bar had a basic stock of a few soft drinks. After a long drive you really need to collapse, chill out and have an easy drink.
