This hotel has a convenient location near the train station and we enjoyed having a room with a balcony. The bed was comfy, everything was clean, breakfast was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The entrance and dining areas are nice as is the little terrace out back. You can rent bikes from the hotel, but, unfortunately, we didn't have time. From the hotel, you can get to the old town and lake very easily, and the day of our departure, the hotel kept our luggage while we took one more little walk.

Parking for the adjacent building is just to the left of the entrance to the Hébé so be careful! The street is a bit noisy, so we were happy to have ear plugs and noise-cancelling headphones.

Location is good that it is not in the heart of the tourist area, but is close to the train station, which can be both good and bad as there are people hanging around. Parking for the hotel is in a local parking garage which is near the hotel, but had many people hanging out in the parking area. Did not feel safe in that regard. Rooms are small, so book accordingly. We loved that electric bikes were available at the hotel and easy to use. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Great scenery in walking distance. Great biking around Lake Anncey.

Parking to get luggage into and out of the hotel is very difficult. The parking garage as mentioned is close by in discounted on price but is also somewhat questionable.

We loved the position of the hotel. It was an easy walk to the old town and the lake. The hotel was stylish, comfortable and very quiet. Every member of staff we met was friendly, charming and very willing to assist in any way possible. One kind chap even found out for us where all the swans had gone! Wonderful!! The beds were supremely comfortable and the bed linen of the highest quality. The shower rooms/bathrooms were beautifully designed and all areas of the hotel were exceptionally clean. Breakfast was copious and delicious. Thank you to the whole team! N.

The rooms were a touch small perhaps for double occupancy but this is not a complaint by any means.

Location was central to the train station. However if you want to be closer to the lake and old town then better to stay near the lake as the area near the station is not the best in the evening

We would have preferred to have tea making cups replaced with new washed ones. Cleaners seem to just rinse out and keep the same cups. You can see the tea marks in the cup after the room is cleaned. They also don’t make the beds properly - they just push up the sheets.

Fantastic location less than 5 minutes walk to Gare Annecy (transportation hub) and Old Town Annecy. Many wonderful restaurants close by, a small supermarket on the corner (where I was able to get a sandwich and drink to bring on my hike around Lake Annecy), not far from Lake Annecy. The room was clean and nicely appointed. The staff (especially the young man Simione) was welcoming, friendly and helpful. I plan on returning later this year and will absolutely stay at this hotel again.

For my trip, there was nothing I didn't like. If I had more luggage I would have struggled but if I return for longer or with my husband I will simply choose a larger room.

Beautiful Hotel in the heart of Annecy but on a quiet street away from the crowds. The decor is beautiful and the hotel is clean. The lady on reception on the day of our stay on Sat 31st May was very helpful and friendly. Our room was amazing and funky bathroom which was very clean. We can’t wait to return to Annecy.

Breakfast could maybe be included in the price as it’s not a cheap hotel. Or maybe a welcome drink would be nice especially arriving in hot weather.

Really comfy bed, so slept very well, very friendly reception staff, great location close to bus and train stations, quick walk to the old town.

The room was small, the bathroom was a separate toilet, a separate shower and then a basin in the room. It was fine as I was travelling alone, but would have been a bit odd if with a friend. I felt for the size of room & facilities generally the hotel was expensive, however J think that is Annecy.

The staff is very friendly and very considerate. When I was leaving, I didn't have time to take breakfast, so they offered me a free coffee to go, and it was so good coffee. They rescued me that morning 😁😁 The location is also very good, 5 min walk to the train station and very near the city center where all restaurants are. I can't say anything about the breakfast because I didn't have time to have it.

The room was a little too small, but it's okay if you are planning to be outside most of the time, which is what the city is for.

I would definitely stay here again. The hotel is new, everything works perfectly, and there are lovely details throughout. As a European, I found the breakfast selection ideal. The ladies working at breakfast and reception were very kind and made my mornings enjoyable. A special thanks to the receptionist, Simi (apologies if the spelling is incorrect), who was exceptionally helpful and pleasant to talk to. The entire staff is wonderful ❤️ The location is excellent and quiet. Keep up the great work 👍

Stylish with friendly staff. Excellent location - short walk from the old town. Good breakfast although see below.

The room was very hot so we didn’t sleep well but that was probably our fault as we didn’t find the air con! Would have been good if we were told about it. Breakfast good but the pastries were not as nice as we have had elsewhere in France (a bit bready). Parking not right next to hotel which was a bit tricky with young children.
