Absolutely wonderful, cosy and charming hotel. The staff were beyond helpful and friendly. Even down to providing de-icing equipment for our car. We didn’t wish to take the breakfast, but loved that just a coffee & croissant option was also available. We loved the balcony over looking the snowy mountains. The room was lovely and warm, beds extremely comfortable and a great size. We loved sitting by the fire in the evening, the lobby area is just the coziest, quaint lounge area, especially with the Christmas tree. I loved that we could also order a selection of drinks here too. We felt right at home. Great location, just a 5min walk from the center and really appreciated it was just a little further up the road from the village, as it was a little quieter and easier to park.

Nothing, it was beyond perfect.

The perfect little mountain stay. We were upgraded to a junior executive, just because they could, and it provided a couch for sitting which was very nice. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The views out of our windows were breathtaking. Within walking distance of restaurants, which happened to be closed as it was a Sunday. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a little difficult to find as there was a road closure, but I am guessing that will be temporary.

Facilities overall are amazing. We loved the room, very cozy, warm, clean, and everything is done with the high quality. The views from the room of the mountains and the village were very nice. The facilities were good with the sauna one can book and use after skiing etc. Loved it all!

There is nothing not to like about the property. I would stay there again any time. I did have to bend to take the shower in the suite we stayed, and I banged my head several times against the ceiling as a result of that. But given the fact that ti is only few nights, it was not a big deal. The worse was the fact that the internet was not working well. I hardly could do any work. Again, it is not the purpose of coming to Megève, but I would expect the hotel to have a decent and reliable internet these days.

Very nice and cosy place quite close to the centre, with a « chalet » atmosphere. Yes, there is a fire place in the lobby and the whole ground floor makes you want to stay there. The breakfast takes place there too. Nice room with good bed (not always a given for a 3* hotel) with modern fixtures

Sound isolation in the building is not the greatest feature (altough windows are double insulated)

A bit overpriced for off-season time, staff a bit arrogant and overall the room wasn’t well prepared - toiletries missing, just one small bottle of water for two, etc. Great mattress but very uncomfortable pillows.

Super helpful and pleasant staff. The sitting area around the fireplace is very cozy & fits the ski chalet mood very well. Good local wine selection. Walking distance to ski lifts.

The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable for me (too soft, not enough support) and the faucet in the shower was difficult to work with to turn to the hot option.

Love the seats by the fire and the spa. The staff is very accommodating and always eager to go that extra mile for you. Very pleased with my stay.

Beautiful hotel with attractive decor all around the hotel and patio. Great location to walk into town. Quiet room, comfortable beds. Professional, attentive and friendly staff who readily answer questions.

The room was small for the price and looking on to a building which had extremely noisy builders working on it. This made siestas impossible and was noisy during breakfast on the terrace. The hotel is near to the town but on rather steep hill for elderly people Small schweppes 5,oo e

The suite was a good size with a separate sitting room and bedroom. The large double bed was really comfortable and the bathroom had both a good bath and shower. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly and I want to add my appreciation for the room manager who was particularly kind. The location is good, it's a short walk to the centre of Megève.

There was a slight smell of drains in the bathroom when we arrived and after we returned to the room, but it cleared by opening the window to the bedroom. This might be more problematic in the winter. There is limited free parking, though we were lucky to get the last space on the potholed street that wraps below the hotel. So this is more of a warning to other guests coming by car that they can't assume to find free parking. There is plenty of paid parking in front of the hotel, but I didn't see the cost per day for that.
