Modern, clean, and very convenient property. It includes a decent size pool (saw ppl doing laps), kiddie pool, a wet and dry sauna, jacuzzis, and a spa. The property consists of 3 connected building. A has the reception and one side is facing a fairly busy street. We stayed at building C with a Mountain View: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a daybed in the living room which is connected with a kitchen, plus a good size balcony. We were a group of 5, and had a very comfortable stay. The room was fully equipped with everything you might need in a kitchen. Pool towels, slippers and bathrobes were included. The property is literally next to the cable car to Aiguille du midi (a great view point and access to Valle Blanche terrain. There are no groomed ski slopes there). To get to groomers, you need to either take the SKI14 bus to Chamonix Sud station and transfer, or walk about 7minutes to same. Honestly, it’s a pain to get to the slopes no matter where you stay in Chamonix. It’s about 5-10 min walk to the town center where all the clubs and restaurants are. There is a very nice coffee shop with fresh pastries 1min walk on the left. Grocery store is 2min walk from the building. The ski bus #14 departs at 04, 24, 44th minute of every hour. At stops 50m from the entrance to the reception. If you take it back, you either need to walk across the highway for about 5min, or take it to the last stop and back which is additional 10 min. Both options not ideal. I guess the best way is to walk from Chamonix Sud stop. Have fun in Chamonix. It’s a beautiful town with not so easy access to skiing. If you choose this property, you should be very happy with your stay. Oh, the staff is super friendly, and helpfully.

Beautiful chalet, very clean, made with noble materials, a lot of money invested there great spa facilities. Staff is very helpful, specially Philippe and the young lady with green/ blue eyes, but also the other gentleman. The location is good, a bit far from the Brévent slopes but close enough to town centre. Boulangerie service is very useful. Our apartment was calm. Bug of noise from the car on the road side but none from the residence. Showers and bath are amazing. Little lack of equipment. ( no microwave and cooking dishes could be improved - quiche dish/ lid) but really nothing was a deal breaker.

Although the spa facilities are great, the swimming pool floor is lethal. Had bad fall on it as it is very slippery and tiles not appropriate for swimming pool use. All the members of our party fell at least once and we saw a few falls. That’s the only really negative of the place!

“I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff was very helpful and accommodating throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. However, there were a few minor issues with the room. The bathroom didn’t have a lightbulb, and there were no extra towels provided. The kitchen was a bit small, and the door handle was slightly loose. Despite these minor inconveniences, I still enjoyed my stay, and with a few improvements, this place could be even better!”

Staff were very helpful and nice especially Phillip. Location was excellent and the apartment was cozy and spacious.

That we were singled out by some white racist guests who complained about our swimwear to staff not being appropriate and being harassed by staff twice while in the jacuzzi even though we were wearing the correct swimwear and that the staff didn't make a note and tell off the racist guests to mind their own business. The fact that unlike most apart hotels they didn't have a washer dryer in the apartment and it was a chargeable amenity. Which was inconvenient as well.

Apartment was very well located (close enough to centre but not too close, and right next to Aguille Du Midi cable car); nicely furnished and equipped, helpful and friendly staff and bakery delivery service good and not over-priced (in relative terms!).

Surface area around the pool caused a few slips so could be a bit more 'tactile' and pool changing area could perhaps have been slightly cleaner, but I appreciate that such things are about timing and don't expect a permanent cleaner sitting in wait.

Thank you for an amazing stay. The hotel exceeded our expectations, being very cozy and clean, with great facilities- pool and saunas that we used almost daily- and having a great location. The staff at reception were always greeting us with a smile and provided all the info we needed. Would return there when in Chamonix again.

The only thing to add here is that the bedroom was quite cold, especially during the night. We told reception, but the heating still didn’t work for the entire week. Have to mention that at night temp dropped to 4 during the half of our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to its exceptional location just a short walk from the city center. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Overall, it was a great experience.

There were just a few minor drawbacks: the parking area was a bit tight, and the bathroom design was somewhat inconvenient as the sink was located outside the bathroom. Additionally, the privacy on the balcony could have been better.

Good kitchen with most needed appliances (considering we were travelling as a family). Lovely warm indoor pool - my daughter loved it and there were no restrictions on hours for children accessing it. Lovely view!!! Cosy apartments.

Bathrooms need a deep clean! Ventilation is poor in the bathrooms and it can get stuffy (if you like a hot shower!).

The hotel was great, we had everything we could want, the location was close to city center, steps away from the cable car Aguille de Midi. The rooms were spotless clean, more than decent size, sleep quality was good. The staff was helpful and nice. The fact that you have an in house spa, underground parking and ski lockers is a big bonus. We can only recommend Cristal de Jade for a great stay in Chamonix.

The heat management policy was not exactly our cup of tea. It was a little too cold for us and also for our friends, staying in the room below us. It will surely depend from guest to guest as to how warm you want to have your room so this is not a big -. The problem was taken care of after a talk with the front desk. The lights in the apartment could be a little brighter.

Location, secure underground parking included, facilities for the pricing. Helpfulness of all staff encountered both in communications before & during stay. The balcony & outdoor furniture of the 1 bed apartment we had.

Nothing for the two of us. Would have been cramped with another 2 on the sofa bed in the lounge area, but obviously possible.
