We noticed a water refill station next to elevators, so that is convenient. The parking is tight so maneuver carefully if you park onsite. convenient location behind the major Chamonix restaurants and stores and 5 minute direct walk to lift to the mountain. We missed time going to the top of mount Blanc due to weather and made the best by visiting the ice tunnel, but did get to drive to Annecy and rent a boat. Highly recommend doing that if you have time because the water is so clean (little cool), but really beautiful and worth it. I was in the U.S. Coast Guard and have seen many bodies of water, but that lake is gorgeous and much cleaner and less crowded than lake Como for example. We also drove to Zermatt which the town was very cool, but the Matterhorn is overrated and super expensive; $850 US dollars for a family of 5!! The staff are very friendly and helpful. breakfast has a orange juice squeezing machine, so nice to actually drink real orange juice.

The family room has two bedrooms and a bunk bed including two showers but only a single toilet. that makes getting ready a long line if everybody needs to go at once. good breakfast except flies, so need to do a better job keeping them away from food areas. The carpet smelled a little so need steam cleaning.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Good rooms, very comfortable in themselves. Good views from our balcony room towards the Mt Blanc direction. Great location for a short walk into central Chamonix with everything available to you. Nice small Pool for Winter or Summer use, with an outdoor garden area for Summer on deckchairs etc. Good welcoming and helpful staff. Our second time of using this hotel, fab in Winter for skiing etc, but this time during a very hot early summer spell 33-35* and the use of a Fan was vital, but no Air-Con (none in the whole area we were told, due to limited need…) and this made the night a bit more ‘uncomfortable’.

Nothing. Maybe bar the lack of Air-Con in the rooms which has been explained re limited time of need annually, we were just there in a particularly HOT spell.

The hotel is ideally located in the centre of Chamonix and has spectacular views on the Mont Blanc side of the building. The spa is very nice, including a hammam, hot tub, outdoor sauna and pool. The breakfast was delicious and well presented, including a very diverse selection of local goodies. The staff were professional, efficient and very welcoming.

The pool is too small and shallow for swimming. Also, it was rather annoying to have to wait until 16:00 to check-in, as that meant standing in a line, despite the fact that we had arrived earlier. I understand not being able to go to the room until then, but one should not need to wait to check-in.

The hotel is amazing: the rooms are super spacious and very clean, we enjoyed especially the spa with the 2 types of sauna and jacuzzi perfect for relaxing and we also loved the fact that in the lobby there are lot of games like billiards that one can play - I travelled with my brother and we found this incredibly useful because it started raining a lot and we couldn’t stay out until late, also many places were closed in the city due to low period so this was absolutely perfect, we had a lot of fun!

Nothing to complain about, in fact I would love to come back with my husband soon.

We had a fantastic time in Chamonix, this hotel was in a brilliant location allowing us to easily walk to the hotel from the coach or train as well as access the village centre during the day or in the evening. The staff were extremely helpful, allowing us to drop off our large luggage prior to check in as well as providing any information we needed. The room was more than enough space for us, despite a building view, we could still see Mont Blanc and the surrounding views. The room was clean, provided a kettle, coffee and tea facilities and it also had a safe and TV. There was the option to use the spa as a part of our room, unfortunately we didn't have time for this but this was a lovely extra. Our room came with a sofa space which was really helpful to have as well as an additional blanket for the cold nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will be returning on our next trip to Chamonix!

No parking space was available, as I understood it’s a common thing in Chamonix but it would be amazing to have an option of booking it in advance even if it requires the additional payment On the checkout staff assisted us with a luggage, lots of thanks to them one more time. But on the checkin we had to take all the heavy luggage out of the car ourselves (and we couldn’t park the car and go one by one for example), then to put it to the trolley ourselves and etc. Again, we would be ready to pay for the luggage service if it was offered rather then carry super heavy things during the vacation

Our stay at this hotel was good except for several reasons. There were flies in the room, which made it uncomfortable. The elevator was extremely small, making it difficult to fit our luggage trolley. On top of that, the parking fee was ridiculously expensive – something that should be offered for free or at a lower rate considering the overall cost. To make matters worse, they have a late check-in time of 4 PM and an early check-out time of 11 AM, which doesn’t make any sense and leaves little time to enjoy the room.

We stayed in a garden level room and had a door straight into the garden which led straight to the street which was great but with the door shut there is not ventilation to the room at all (no a/c) so at night you either leave the door open and unsecure or have a sticky room. Window would be a great addition or just some type of ventilation in the summer months

Worth selecting the Mont Blanc View rooms since the view is stunning. Impeccably clean hotel with very helpful staff.

Policy of check in time at 4pm. If you pay 30Euro extra, you can get earlier checkin. Since most don't, there is perhaps the odd situation that rooms are ready and yet lots of people are waiting in the lobby till it is deemed apposite to let them in. Worth knowing that the hotel van charges 35 Euro irrespective of distance.

Excellent location. Walking distance to shopping strip, restaurants, central bus station yet quiet.

It was brutally hot this summer. I wished there is air condition in the hotel. Unfortunately, I guess like most (if not all) hotels in the region air conditioning is a rare commodity.
