Everythings 😁 --> The location is the best just only few mins walk to everywhere , turn right to Train station to the Ice Cave walk 7 mins .. turn left to Cable Car station to Mont Blanc 5 mins walk and just straight over 3 mins heading to main town / shopping / restuarant --> the view from our room was so Amazing with Mont Blanc View and can see cable car going up to moutain. --> Room , so comfy bed , warm , clean -->> Staffs - very friendly & helpful only 1 thing downside need to improve is The Kettle & tea / coffee in the room If you got this .. Super Perfect x but it's ok for us if I go back will stay here again.

Lovely and very cute hotel! I got excellent service in English and got map and useful tips for what to do in Chamonix. I enjoyed the pool and my room's balcony with views to the glacier and mountains. It is really close to the cable car station of Aiguille du Midi, and not too far from train stop and also the "bus station". It was also easy to walk to the old town and find restaurants and shops.

It was a bit confusing that the toilet had no sink for washing hands, I had to use my room's bathroom for that.

This is the best hotel and a must stay in Chamonix! Really good price, exceptional mountain views, the staff are friendly and went over and above to make sure you enjoy your stay. There is a lovely cafe, breakfast available, a large garden, a sauna and things at hotel. The room was quite large with a huge balcony and we had a bath too. They offer a discount to the ski hire place, and are close to ski bus and to town, everything is only a short walk.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Oustalet in Chamonix and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. The service was exceptional, with the staff always greeting us with a smile. The atmosphere was cosy, making us feel right at home. The management and hotel workers were not only pleasant and polite, but also incredibly helpful. Their attention to detail was evident in the cleanliness of the hotel. It was extremely well-maintained and up-to-date, without a scratch in sight. As a skiing enthusiast, I appreciated the nice room dedicated for ski equipment. It was a thoughtful touch that added to the convenience of our stay.

there were a couple of areas that could use improvement. The Wi-Fi connection was not as strong as I would have liked, and the breakfast was a bit monotonous, with a limited selection of only one cold meat and one cheese. Considering the price, I expected a more varied spread. Despite these minor issues, I wholeheartedly endorse Hotel Oustalet. The positive aspects far outweigh the negatives, and I would definitely consider returning for another stay. The charm of the hotel, coupled with the excellent service, makes it a standout choice in Chamonix.

We loved the location within the town. We could walk to everything. We were a block from the Anguille de Midi, and a 5 minute walk to a wide variety of great coffee shops, restaurants, etc. The breakfast room is so pretty looking out to the yard. Beautiful light. Our room was clean and spacious with a beautiful balcony facing Mont Blanc and the sunset. The staff were fantastic, friendly and always available. The common areas were comfortable and cozy. The parking was good with plenty of spots.

The breakfast was good but a bit expensive considering the choices to eat.

We LOVED this hotel! My teenage daughter and I were backpacking through France and this was our favourite place we stayed in. The room was so cosy and as a bonus there was an extra single bed in the room that could be separated by a sliding door so for the first time in over a week, my daughter (13yr) could distance herself a bit from her mum!! That left me to sleep in a huge bed to myself…win, win! We had opted for a room with a view of Mont Blanc, and we got just that, it was stunning. And there was a little balcony where I could sit out and enjoy the views on a morning whilst my daughter slept in 🙄! Chamonix itself was stunning and had the most lovely chilled out vibe. It’s pedestrianised and felt like the safest place I’ve ever visited! The cable car starting point to go up Mont Blanc it’s literally just round the corner from the hotel.

Absolutely nothing not to like about this place!

The property was in a great location, away from the hustle but close enough to walk everywhere and across the way from aiguille du midi. We had a huge balcony which we didn’t make much use of because of it being winter time but it would have been great in the summer with amazing views of the mountains. Our room was spacious and clean and the hotel had a homely feel to it. The 2 sisters who worked there were super friendly and great hosts. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Nothing we didn’t like. No tea or coffee in the room but you could access it downstairs in the lounge area.

The hotel is located in the centre of Chamonix: couple of minutes to the local shops/bars/restaurants and 5 minutes walk to the bus stop. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a buffet, the highlights being sliced sourdough bread, banana bread and very nicely prepared scrambled eggs. The ski room allocates the skis/boots to your room number with a padlock if you want one. My bedroom had a great balcony with an amazing view of the Mont Blanc range.

Probably the best view of the local scenery that I could ever imagine. Waking up to seeing Mount Blanc and the surrounding mountains, and their glory was just fantastic. Would highly recommend this facility do you anyone interested in staying in the Chamonix area? Loved it! Staff were very friendly and helpful! Literally a two minute walk to the gondola lift for the local mountains. They were wonderful and were most helpful when I was trying to download a Microsoft Word file from my company. We’d love to stay there again! What else needs to be said?

Excellent hotel with stunning mountain views! The location is really good, very close to the city center and Chamonix sud bus station (which makes it really easy to get the cheaper express transfer from Geneve airport). All the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was good also.
