Great location, Value for money, Nice apartment Good people at the reception Great view

I reached there at midnight and got emailed the late arrival procedures. However, I wasn't sure into which building to get as they all looked similar to me. I called the emergency number and told them I was outside the reception. They were incredibly useless as they didn't even have a plan of the building nor could tell me where my apartment was. He couldn't even direct me to someone else who could help. Infact, he confused me further by telling me to go on another road. He had a small map but he couldn't view it I think. In short, don't count on the emergency number. Finally, sorted it on my own.

The apartment was huge, the kitchen was bigger than expected, and the master bedroom had enough room for all my luggage for a month-long vacation in northern Italy and southeastern France. The hotel is a 3-5 minute walk up the street from the FlixBus stop in Chamonix Sud. If you take the railroad to get to Chamonix, the rail station is in the northern part of town. And the views from the kitchen and balcony were the best bonus of all. I could easily live in this apartment. The hotel has a storage room for luggage to accommodate early arrival and late check out; The front desk staff was delightful and helped me with my luggage. They offered suggestions for things to do and made check-out arrangements so I wouldn't have to bring my luggage to the main reception area that was across the street from the apartment building where I stayed. I would definitely stay here again!

The main check-in building is up the street from the bus stop, with the lobby access around the corner, so I had a little difficulty finding it. Google Maps was of no help. Fortunately, there are some ramps for rolling luggage, but there are still some stairs you need to negotiate before you enter the lobby. Otherwise, absolutely no other issues.

The location near the bus station is great and they gave us a room overlooking Mt Blanc, Beatuiful. We were given free bus travel in the area which we used everyday. The staff were friendly and helpful 10/10. They have a games room wich is great if you have kids on a rainy day. The room was good value considering how expensive Chamonix is bus don't expect anything fancy, it's a functional space used to eat and sleep at the and of active days in the mountains.... Thus the beds were fine and the kitchen was well equipped. But the best part was having a coffee machine and pods available at reception.

The shower was positioned under a sloping ceiling meaning I could stand up straight and was. I am 6'3"but my son 5'10" and also had also had to hunch over while showering. There's a bath too so that's an option.

It is a great location, walking distance to the centre and just few minutes away from the bus station. You have all the things you need for a nice accomodation and the help provided by Ines in the reception was great.

The accommodation is weirdly manged... prepare to be bombarded with 2948292 automatic messages about all the things that Pierre accommodations can provided (which is super annoying!!!) BUT then you have to buy your own toilet paper (after the 1 you get), or basic things for the kitchen as for example salt, filters for the coffe maker... I have to say that Ines in the reception was superb!! super helpful and nice, super willing to provide the best service but it is more the way that this big company has to manage what makes the accomodation weird. Not hotel, not a private house, something in between....

Good location near Cham Sud bus stops. A few minutes to the main drag of Chamonix, and the Aiguille du midi cable car. No traffic noise in our experience & generally quiet. Spar shop nearby for supplies. We had basic cleaning items supplied.

Hard to fault for the price. However... the kitchen was basic. A chopping board would be nice! We didn't cook, so much a prepare cold things. For an apartment that sleeps up to four, the ski locker was small. We has two sets of skis... maybe 4 would fit? I am.not sure.... Err... that's about it.

The staff people were really very, very helpful and friendly. I arrived terribly sick with a cold and they were able to open a room for me before noon so that I could rest, even trying to track me down (as I had left the hotel thinking I had to wait until 4 pm) by calling my contact person in the US. They recognized me going in and out and tracked down information about skiing for me, and really provided a lot of personal service that made my stay better. The location is also excellent, a short walk to town, 2 blocks from bus station, views of river and peaks, near ski rentals, and the Spar grocery store. Perfect for what I needed, esp. given my unfortunate condition.

There was nothing I didn't like, really. It doesn't have a big fancy lobby or other amenities (eg exercise room) but it's really functioning as a well run skier hotel. My room had a kitchen and perhaps it would have been good if there were a a packet of a few basic cooking items like salt, sugar, pepper, cooking oil, maybe a few tea bags and coffee capsules for the coffee machine. A cleaning kit was provided which was nice.

-Good location (8 minute walk from Aguille du Midi which is the cable car to go at Mont Blanc). -Good size for the rooms. -Great views in the balcony. -Comfortable facility.

-They make you take out the trash. -They make you buy your own toilet paper and soap/shampoo (it is not included). -Reception is only open at certain times (we had to wait more than 1hr in the reception because they were closed and we arrived at around 2:30PM).

The property is located right in the city center, which is both beautiful and convenient to explore on foot. I highly recommend visiting the area. Aiguille du Midi and Gare Station for Glass de Mer are nearby and easily accessible. We had a stunning view of the Alps from our balcony — truly breathtaking! The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, which was helpful as we were traveling with kids and preferred to cook some meals. Although we didn’t reserve parking, we managed to find a spot on the street without much trouble.

The location is great; the center of Chamonix, the train station, and the Aiguilles du Midi car cable station can be reached on foot in no time. Having a private cooking area was of help. It was nice to drink tea in the evening on the small private terrace with mountain view. Overall, good value for money.

Our studio was similar but smaller compared to an equivalent studio I stayed in in the past at another Pierre & Vacances property. It would be a good idea to have basic cooking ingredients like salt or oil in the private kitchenette (I remember being provided with those at another Pierre & Vacances property in the past). Another inconvenience was having to wait for almost 4 hours to receive our keys due to the reception desk being closed in the middle of the day.
