Very clean and excellent location near the main food and shopping area. Staff was helpful and has a small street side bar for crowd watching . Plenty of cheap eats nearby , laundry and excellent bakery across the road . Cannot fault the position as it's near the Mont Blanc gondola ride and all amenities .

Breakfast was average and could improve . Never mind there is popular French bakery with queues every morning lining up for typical French bakery items and nice sandwiches

A review of Hotel Le Morgane must start and end with the outstanding, exceptional, professional service we received from the hotel’s concierge staff and primarily by Julie. Julie and I corresponded frequently over several weeks as I had many questions and details of our vacation that I needed help with. She could not have have been any better. She responded promptly with detailed answers to my questions. She helped with transportation to and from the airport, she helped with guiding me, and acquiring for me, the right lift tickets (which is not transparent which one to buy via traditional websites. . She helped us secure a guide for off piste skiing. Once there, she helped us secure dinner reservations, that we kept changing. She always helped with a smile and a genuine willingness to assist us. I cannot say enough about how she made our trip to Chamonix wonderful. As for the hotel, it was equally outstanding. We had a room on the 5th floor with a wonderful deck that provided an awesome view of Mt Blanc and the streets of the town below. The location was perfect. Close to everything. Across the street is a wonderful bakery. The hotel provided rides to and from all the mountain chair lifts nearby. Much better than taking the public bus. The hotel lobby is spacious and comfortable with plenty of places to sit. The staff is quick to come by and take an order for drinks and snacks. Right outside on the sideways are comfy chairs that are in the sun. For a while in the afternoons they make crepes right there as well. Very good! It also contains a restaurant. While we didn’t have dinner there, we did eat at the breakfast buffet, which was excellent. Truthfully, staying at Hotel Le Morgane was the best hotel experience I have ever had.

The location is amazing, view from the room directly to mountains. For travelers - be aware that there is a laundry room just across the street as well as amazing bakery etc. Swimming pool is decent for quick relaxing experience, breakfast great. Staff is very friendly, specially to kids - very nice experience :)

We were there during the heat wave, normally camping but giving us a break during 3 weeks roadtrip for a night. I expected an AC as a default thing in such a hotel but they don´t have any. Important to say, they provide us ventilator very quickly when we asked but it was very hot in the room anyway.

I love the location of the hotel next to the train station and the center of the Chamonix. Also, it is closed to the Compagnie du Mont Blanc Téléphérique Aiguille du Midi. The breakfast was great, and the room was large and cozy. The lobby has a fireplace and beautiful seating area. The checked in was easy and fast. They arranged for us taxi to the station due to our luggage. The view from the room was more than impressive at Mont Blanc Mountain.

Hotel in great location, parking was appreciated and needed as the area is very busy. Room was great and the pool and spa area was enjoyable. We would return to this hotel.

Our balcony was very large but was semi open to the room next door just a privacy screen that only covered half of the distance. Would like to see some kind of barrier erected to stop other people from walking in front of the room. No one did but they could. This was only on the floor we were located on as higher floors had fully separate balconies.

Beautiful hotel in Chamonix, facing the Mont-Blanch mountain, close to coffee shops, ice cream, patisserie and basically close to city centre which contains everything u need in a vacation. The hotel has SPA area in the basement, not very equipped or spoiling but enough if you want to refresh at the end of the day

We invited a room with breakfast but once we arrived suddenly our breakfast wasn’t included in the booking. Never mind, we decided to eat out in the city centre and found some very good restaurants with vegetarian options

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Communication was easy as staff spoke English and our French is not good. Location for UTMB activities was excellent. The bathroom was great - roomy with bathtub and shower.

Room was kind of small for 3 people with little room for suitcases. There was one wardrobe but it did not provide much storage. Also the separate shower did not have a seal at the bottom of the shower door so water flooded the bathroom floor when the shower was used.

Lovely hotel positioned within easy walking distance to restaurants, cafes and trails. Well appointed and good sized rooms with mountain views. Ammenites in the hotel are great, with access to pool/s, spa, sauna and bar lounge area providing service day and night. Excellent and attentive staff throughout the hotel. Loved our breakfast each day with amazing attentive service.

This hotel is ideally located for visiting the Aiguille du midi, the Mont Blanc viewpoint. It was a great hotel worth staying in in every way for the price, and I was very satisfied with my stay. First of all, because I was in such a hurry to check out, I left some items in my hotel room without realizing it. The hotel kindly sent a text message to my cell phone along with photos of the items. However, my flight schedule did not allow me to return to the hotel to retrieve my lost items. The hotel even kindly sent the items to my home via international mail. I've traveled a lot around the world, but this was my first time seeing a hotel service that kindly sent lost items like this hotel, and I was very impressed. Thank you again to the hotel staff.

The staff were all very friendly and so helpful to us and our dog. Location brilliant. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast very good cannot fault. In all the staff, food and location very good.

The pillows on the beds are awful. I didn't have a good night's sleep in the week I stayed. Please invest in better pillows! It was a pity we couldn't have light snacks or meals while sitting in the bar having a drink. It wouldn't take much to do light meals there. The bedroom was very hot! No air conditioning and when the door was open it was very noisy. I'm afraid we didn't sleep at all well at the hotel. I asked for new pillows but they were still awful. The carpet in the hall on our floor was stained it needs a bit of updating. The sauna wasn't hot and we only used it once so bot good.
