Our stay at Plan B Hotel – Living Chamonix was fantastic! The hotel offers a stylish, modern vibe with thoughtful design and a welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent – just a short walk from the Chamonix Sud bus stop and close to shops, restaurants, and cable cars, making it easy to explore the stunning Mont Blanc area. Our room was spacious, clean, and had incredible mountain views. The beds were super comfortable, and the amenities were well thought out. We loved the lively communal areas, including the bar and restaurant, which offered great food and a fun après-ski atmosphere. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. Overall, Plan B strikes a perfect balance between comfort, style, and value – a great choice for anyone visiting Chamonix!

While breakfast is generally well-received, adding more variety or local specialties could enhance the morning experience, especially for guests staying multiple days.

Excellent location, just a 5-minute walk to the city center, and the ski bus stops right in front of the hotel. The hotel has ski lockers, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the hotel is very clean.

At breakfast there is a limited selection of savory dishes, as most options are sweet. Dinner is also has little variety. Drinks are not included with dinner and must be paid for separately. Additionally, the wardrobes in the room are small, and the garage is not suitable for large cars. The garage costs €20 per day.

Great spot, right next to Sud Station for buses to/from Geneva and a 5-10 min walk to the center. A very nice hotel with great rooms and several things to do. Good breakfast and food/drink options throughout the day.

The restaurant staff in the morning was a bit dismissive, direct and felt rude at times. The room is advertised as a large double bed but it's two single mattresses so if you move, you might sink in the middle. It's also a bit expensive for what you get, especially when it comes to food and drinks.

It's one of the best hotels I've been to! Will definitely come back! 1. The design of the hotel is amazing! So stylish and "expensive". Loved the guest area a lot, cozy sofas and card games! For some extra money you can also play bowling and some arcade games. 2. Room was huge and beautiful! Great and comfy bed, nice spacious bathroom and great design. And it was super clean. 3. Staff is very nice, they helped us every time we needed something. Thank you very much :) 4. Location is perfect as well, it's just 20 seconds from the bus station and only about 7 minutes from the city center and a ride to the mountains. Incredible!

Breakfast was fine but definitely could be better... The range of meals is pretty small: a few cheeses and 1 ham + some types of eggs like omelette and boiled eggs. We also got some jams and croissants which were very delicious. But if you love a huge range of meals, if you need different types of ham, fish and pancakes you'll be sad. For us everything was enough though, so we enjoyed the breakfast. The only disadvantage was the taste of water from the coffee machine which I was using for tea.

The property was located in a great location. Close to downtown Chamonix and right next to the main bus stop / public transportation. Yummy morning breakfast and a room that could accommodate all 3 of us.

It was very warm while we were there and the only way to keep the room cool was to keep the door to the small patio open. Obviously lots of others did the same and it was quite loud at times with people talking and smoking outside. But for the 2 nights we were there, people eventually quieted down.

Spacious room with a small balcony. The beds were comfortable. Great shower. Great location; a 5 minute walk to the Main Street in Chamonix , and the bus station is just outside the hotel. Very helpful and professional staff at reception. Team and coffee provided in the room. There’s a bar/restaurant and some play areas in the hotel, which gives a very social vibe.

A few more toiletries , such as separate shampoo and shower gel, cotton buds, hand cream etc, would be nice.

We really enjoyed the vibe of the hotel, esp. around the bar area. There is a range of activities one can do, bowling, pinball, a separate lounge where you can sit down and relax, etc. Personnel were super nice. We had a third floor room with balcony. Everything was clean and comfortable. Large walk-in shower. Breakfast had good variety. Dinner was so so, Caesar salad was good but the ribeye steak, no.

Getting in and out of the car park was a challenge with Peugeot 5008. Narrow entrance with a sharp turn. Inside is spacious though. Breakfast would be better with tomatoes and greens.

The hotel itself is well-located, with convenient access to local attractions and a modern, clean design. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made check-in and other interactions pleasant. We were able to leave our car in the garage before check in.

The noise levels were higher than expected, particularly at night, making it challenging to get a restful sleep. Additionally, if you stay on the top floor, be aware that the rooms tend to get quite hot. While opening the balcony door helps with ventilation, it also lets in a significant amount of light, which can be disruptive if you're sensitive to brightness while sleeping. In summary, PlanB Hotel has some positives, especially in terms of location and staff, but the noise and temperature issues might detract from your overall comfort, especially if you're staying during warmer months.

The apartment was spacious, very clean, with a small kitchen that had everything you need, the bed very confortable, the sheets and towels very clean. There is a special space for deposit bycicle or ski equipment. We had an amazing view and it was nice and quiet. The hotel is near city centre, near the local bus station and international bus station, near parking places.

If you have a big car, the hotel parking is dificult to manage for going out.

Everything & lovely staff! Big rooms, spotlessly clean, good parking, easy walk in location. Cat was great!
