For a very reasonable price we had a mini apartment with a kitchen and all the utensils, a capsule and a drip coffee machine, a kettle, mini dishwasher, mini fridge. The heating was working really well. The hotel has a underground parking, which is extremely convenient in snowy weather. It has a small heated pool. We're really happy we stayed there for a whole week.

The pillows and the bed were not too comfortable. The fold out bed was very squeaky. We didn't make sure our room had a bathtub, for which we were hoping for. We've asked to change the room, but they were completely full.

Hotel was great. The service was very helpful and polite. It was quite. There is a big parking. Although it was further away from Chamonix you can get there fairly fast with a car. The breakfast was also good. It was very good value for money. I recommend it.

There could have been more diversity for breakfast. In some places the room wasn't so clean.

Pool was good . Views from the balcony were beautiful and the apartment was spacious. Good location , close to buses and trains and we were given a free train pass with which we could travel up and down the valley - only 10 minutes to Chamonix centre. The reception area was welcoming .

Minor things. We couldn't access the sunbeds outside as the gate was locked so had to carry our bags through the pool. We didn't find the bed and pillows very comfortable and the kitchen could have had a wider range of utensils ( spatula) and a sharp kitchen knife.

Great locations , nice place , some of the staff really nice , but could do with some more better English speaking , they messed up our kids ski school but I believe that is luck of the language, other ways was great stay

Didn’t like the fact you have to pay for the sauna . And toilet rolls , also you dont get the apartament cleaned at all and if you need extra towels you have to pay as well So just got to be ware of that you paying for everything extra .

Great apartment with all the facilities you need for a short stay. Our daughter loved the indoor/outdoor swimming pool and we appreciated the shared laundry facilities.

Not really an issue that the hotel can change but we were reliant on the public transport to Chamonix. The local bus service is half hourly and the train is hourly but there is only 5 minutes between one and the other on the half hour. It would be useful for the schedules between the 2 services to be spread a bit better making a more regular service (I understand the bus is more regular in winter).

Very good location for skiing. Easy to get around by bus. Only 5-10 min from Flegere!

Not very walkable. Main road to town does not have a sidewalk and cars go fast. Pool was cold. Could’ve been 5 degrees warmer and it would’ve been perfect. Paid for the hot tub one night, which was also pretty cold. Only 35 degrees C.

The location was superb, The free train along the whole valley was amazing The swimming pool was great, and £400 for 7 nights was unbelievable!!!

The beds were awful......we ended up sleeping on the sofa bed in the lounge as the beds were so uncomfortable!! Also, we were on the ground floor in room 005......there were no windows we could leave slightly open to air the rooms....only patio doors?? At night it was too hot because of this issue!!

Hotel is in the calm area, but you can get to noisy Chamonix using a train, it’s 2 train stops) Train station is almost behind the hotel and is free! There is a big car parking under the hotel, also you can order all bakery in the hotel or buy breakfast €20 per person. There is a swimming pool, but no sleepers in the hotel!!!

No sleepers, very cold floor on the ground floor, swimming pool is cold

The residence is great overall, it really feels like you have your own appartment so I also find it logical that you have to throw away your own trash during your stay. The location is good and you can get to the centre of Chamonix easily by using the train (free with guest card), never had to use my car.

The room smelled bad, the road was very noisy (especially at night), my balcony never had any sun..

Very nice apartment with two bathrooms and separate toilet, apartment was well equiped. There was balcon with a view on Mountains. We also received a free card for public transport in whole valley (bus and trains). We could use a parking in underground garage for free. We had to pay deposit 150 EUR and we got it back within 1-2 days. I can fully recommend this hotel :)

Swimming pool was open between 10am-7pm and we could not use it because we were visiting a city usually between 9am-7pm, it should be open till 9 pm in my opinion. Except it, everything was perfect :)
