Location was great, just off the main street of Courmayeur. We were upgraded to a suite which was nice, with what I suppose is an additional sitting area. Breakfast was included and delicious.

For some reason we could hear the plumbing from our room, so when someone in another room, maybe upstairs or downstairs, was taking a shower, we could hear a loud persistent noise. Also the room we got assigned was directly above the outdoor jacuzzi so it tended to be noisy in the daytime if people talk loudly. Lastly the hotel for some reason tried to bill me for a meal/ drinks that we did not have at the hotel bar. After explaining that we were out the whole day, and never set foot in the bar, the receptionist accepted my explanation and did not charge us for it. However there should be more checks and controls by the bar staff to ensure that this does not happen again.

So, where should I start? This was our first and definitely not our last stay at this amazing 5-star hotel. The location was perfect! The ski lifts were just a quick 3-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient for us to hit the slopes, whereas the city center, with its charming shops and restaurants, was only a 5-minute stroll. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel so welcomed. Every single staff member had a warm smile, was incredibly kind, and went above and beyond to serve us wholeheartedly. A special thanks to Nikolai, whose exceptional service and warmth truly made our stay unforgettable. The rooms were spacious, luxurious, and filled with thoughtful touches. The WiFi worked perfectly for us, contrary to some reviews we’d seen. We can’t wait to return!

The breakfast was fantastic, but one small suggestion would be to include Greek yogurt as an option. It would be a wonderful addition to the already excellent spread.

Bed and pillows super comfy and beautifully decorated rooms. Our room had a fabulous sun terrace and seeing as the weather was fab we made great use of this! Breakfast’s were excellent with a great choice and all the staff were superb in every area of the hotel. Ski lockers on the mountain are also a great touch.

The half board isn’t worth doing as not enough choice in the evenings food wise at hotel plus there are plenty of really lovely restaurants in town. The rooms share also on the smaller side for a 5 star hotel and quite expensive! The spa and gym areas are small and not worth paying for either, it should come as part of your room package - however the cold tub in the back was also a nice touch!

The hotel is incredibly well located, right in from of the main chair up to the slope. A short walk into the historic centre with all the bars and restaurants. Courmayeur provides the full spectrum of Apres Ski, with great dining options spread across the hill and fun clubs at the top of the chair before you head home. Le Massif had incredibly friendly and helpful staff and has an added bonus of an on slopes lodge to store your gear and relax in from of the fire at the end of your day.

Great location with wonderful views of Mont Blanc. The rooms are spacious and warm, with all the comforts you need, plenty of bottled water too. With very attentive staff, nothing is too much trouble. Food was excellent. Spa was great with hot waters to soothe away the aches from the days skiing.

Having to pay extra for orange juice at breakfast & high daily parking charges. Also only a small thing but lighting in bathroom to dark/orange & also no shelves in bathroom to store toiletries.

Perfect location for skiing and the loge du massif with ski butler and lockers was a brilliant bonus. Breakfast was amazing.

The fact that the spa needs to be booked and general availability of the spa should be made clearer to guests before arrival. The spa rules re children need to be enforced better. The shower in our room was too small/the rain shower head was too big making it difficult to shower without getting your hair wet. Parking at €40 a night is outrageous.

The food was excellent; great quality and variety. Location great for ski lift. Had a disappointing spa experience but the management couldn't have done more to redress this. We enjoyed the downstairs bar lounge.

Breakfast service slow and erratic - mainly the coffee service. Staff seemed to prioritise clearing tables over serving coffee, even when the peak time had passed. Had expected the pool to be "swimmable" but too small. Room over heated and had to keep heating switched off and window open but room was at the front by the road and adjacent to the service yard and so had road noise and woken at 5am by bin men.

Fourth time we go to this hotel booking 3 rooms. Hotel very comfortable and close to the center. Nice rooms, clean and with comfortable beds, only bathrooms are a bit too small. Also the "do not enter" message disappears when you take out the entry card, so they cleaned the room while we wanted to get this done later. Service is very nice, but sometime a bit slow.

WiFi speed and signal is VERY BAD, this has to be fixed immediately for a 5 star hotel and price we pay. Garage cost (40€) is a bit high.

Perfect location for skiers, right in front of Courmayeur gondola. They also have a lodge right on the slopes with lockers for your skis, which is absolutely great!

For a five star hotel we would expect a higher standard in the customer service. In the breakfast, orange juice was extra. We had a salad at the bar that was not fresh and we had to return it. Last day, my friend was ill and we asked for a late check out and they did not even try to help us out.

Great service. Located right by the gondola. The hotel has ski lockers on the mountain and takes the ski up and down the mountain, which was a great service. Nice spa, just need to book. Good breakfast, only downside was they had all the juices but for orange juice you needed to pay extra. Nice ski lodge on the mountain too. Would definitely come back.
