Welcoming staff and comfortable room with a proper bath in which to soak ones travel-weary bones. Lovely decor throughout, and an attached restaurant, so no need to get back into the car until after breakfast, which was in itself very satisfactory, although there's a surcharge for that. Lovely views from the balcony. Garage parking for a small rate.

The restaurant menu was a little limited, and I was stupid enough to order sea bream when I was so far from the sea. Entirely my fault. But the house white was fabulous: fragrant and tangy.

Breakfast was quite basic but served a purpose. There were various croissants, bread, doughnuts, cheese & ham etc., and the kids loved it. The coffee was pretty good, too, and the service was always friendly.

The ski room was great, and the staff were accommodating. The rooms are pretty dated, but they served a purpose since we weren't in the room that often. This place is all about the location to the town and the mountain, so if you're coming for skiing, this is a good option.

Location, great rooms, nice helpful staff

The very loud music playing in the lobby/lounge all day and every day. It would be nice to have an area where you can relax and chat to friends - maybe locate the music downstairs for people to go to if they want

The hotel is very conveniently located in the center. Friendly, positive staff. Our room was very clean and pleasant to be in. The view from the balcony is amazing!

Our breakfast was a bit sad. Maybe it was because it was late, close to closing time. The only thing left were a lot of wonderful pies, so we were happy)

I liked this place for a right on spot location in the centre of the town with top notch shopping and lots of restaurants. Everything is in walkable distance to go around and easy to explore the town. Parking is provided by the hotel for your convenience in a garage area.

The hotel is a great value for the money. The rooms are a bit dated, however, service and staff was wonderful. Location about a half mile from transportation hub, but within a couple blocks of main pedestrian street, restaurant and shops.

There was a leaky ceiling in the dining room, with water dripping and buckets.

Staff and location excellent...great wee bar and reception area for drinks, very good room service staff, catering team very polite and smiling all the time and Marco the bar man a star... If you want a quick stay with no frills , great value for money and superb location for quick access for he ski area this is perfect. Also very attentiative at breakfast for my son who is gluten free with loads of snacks provided along with eggs and bacon...

Food for dinner not great but the whole of courmayeur and most ski resorts struggle with fresh md high quality food, especiall gluten free but this was not essential as so many restaurants and cafes close by.

The breakfast was a buffet and was delicious and the staff was so kind and efficient because we had to have an early breakfast before hitting the slopes. The staff is very friendly. Speak English very well and they let us use our Italian.

The hotel is a bit on the older side but this did not take away from our trip.

Nice hotel. Better than a more expensive hotel we had the day before a little bit up the road. Nice room, friendly staff. We were a bit unsure because of the negative reviews, but over all it was a really nice hotel for the price.
