The hotel is very charming and rustic. I love how everything is made of natural wood. Very nice decoration. The location was perfect and the view we had from the room was stunning. We had a very good dinner in the restaurant of the hotel and the breakfast had a lot of variety.

The spa was nice but I didn’t like to see towels everywhere in the floor and even in the bathroom where you could change, was not in order since I guess people arrived from the ski and leave the stuff there. The facilities are nice but it would be super cool just to keep it in order and that also the guests leave the towels where they should be and not in the floor. Otherwise, I really like the hotel and I will come back :)

Warm welcome from the hotel owners and staff, cosy chalet in a traditional style, lovely food and great mixologist! Plenty of covered parking, friendly and accommodating shuttle service to and from the lift and nothing was too much trouble for anyone.

I didn’t expect the chalet to be so close to the road, but this wasn’t an issue.

exceptional amazing. staff are so sweat and friendly . we arrive late at night and Google map direct us by mistake to wrong address called the hotel they send us the correct location and follow up with us until we arrive safely. amazing Tunisian guy call Mohmd so friendly and Nice .. hotel was cozy beside the river beside all activity at the green weekend day.. rooms are nice wooded style .. breakfast Wes not that great not lots of option ..

Breakfast was OK nothing to get overly excited about but ticked most dietary requirements

Eggs, eggs were always overly boiled due being out all morning rather than being prepared fresh for you. No tomatoes to have with cheese etc... Bread was left to go dry and crispy - all pre-cut into slices rather than leaving a whole loaf for customers to cut keeping it fresher

A beautiful, mountain style chalet. Charming and cosy with a fabulous lounge and a roaring fireside; the perfect place to relax after a day on slopes.

It's slightly outside of the centre of Courmayeur. 4-5 minute walk.

Location was good and there was about 300 m walk to the centre. Rooms were very cozy, just what you would expect in a traditional hotel in the alps. The spa area was superb and a nice place to relax after a day in the outdoors. Hotel staff were very helpful with everything. Breakfast was good also and you could eat it on the balcony watching the mountains.

It seemed that the air conditioning in our room was not working. Without that I would've given an overall 9 instead of 8.

The staff was friendly and very welcoming. Overall the property was very charming and a good location. The views were spectacular. The restaurant for dinner had our favorite meals in the town.

It is quite hot at night in the room during summer. No air conditioning. And noise from the busy street.

Very cute chalet style property with a gorgeous outside area to sit and have drinks, cosy furnishings inside and fairly quiet location despite a busy road outside. Staff were very helpful.

It was lovely but didn’t offer great value for money and have definitely had much better breakfast in other hotels on this trip.

Hotel very warm and cosy! Chalet style, lots of wood, gorgeous lounge / bar / fireplace. Spa small but nice - hot tub could be bigger / more of them, one small one inadequate at busy times. Breakfast lovely choice, good quality. Andre driver taking you to and from lifts - amazing! Staff good overall.

Hot tub too small / need more of them. Some of staff (Restaurant) abrupt and bit snappy. Could do with some politeness training.
