The building is immaculate, updated and well maintained. Lovely outdoor spaces to share a bottle of wine with your family. The staff is fantastic and they really made you feel welcome. The front desk toured us around the property before they brought us to our room at the same time the car was being parked and the luggage was being delivered.

There so many switches it was confusing at times but when you found them it was convenient.

I recently had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Mont-Blanc in Chamonix, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The location is ideal, situated conveniently in the heart of Chamonix, making it easy to explore the charming town. The hotel features an excellent bar where you can unwind after a day on the slopes, and the pool and facilities are top-notch, perfect for relaxation. One of the standout services was car service to drop my family to and from the ski fields, which made getting to the slopes incredibly convenient. Overall, I highly recommend Hôtel Mont-Blanc for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Chamonix!

Nothing its was a great stay

The property and grounds were gorgeous and easy to take advantage of everything. We stayed on a top floor, with a balcony over the pool. Enzo working at the front desk was so helpful and kind. The drivers who took us to and from skiing were fantastic. Enzo and others at the front desk helped us arrange everything- it felt effortless for us. The boot and ski lockers were convenient and super nice to have warm boots. The restaurant was lovely for dinner, we tried the bar twice for dinner, and had their breakfast every day- all fantastic. Recommend the dinner at Matafan. Finally, the pool and jacuzzi and spa were all fantastic. We spent time in the spa most days, each of us had two massages, and the jacuzzi and pool were always empty when we went. Super easy to walk everywhere from the hotel, too. Perfect location.

The room decoration could use a little more character. The common areas are much better decorated and cohesive and the rooms feel bland in comparison. But that’s just a preference, everything was great otherwise!

The staff were truly exceptional! Everyone we spoke with at the hotel was incredibly kind, friendly and accommodating. We travel often and I have never experienced such warm hospitality. The property was also incredible, and its proximity to the downtown part of Chamonix cannot be beat. The room was exactly as advertised and very comfortable.

We happened to check-in on the day that UTMB started, so it was a bit noisy at night. We didn’t mind so much, because the energy of the town and in the hotel was uplifting. We were, however, disappointed that due to some private events associated with UTMB we were not able to access some parts of the resort during our stay.

The views were absolutely out of this world! With two balconies, one overlooking Mont Blanc and the other showcasing the charming town and the opposite side of the mountain, the scenery was breathtaking. The room itself was a good size, providing ample space to relax and enjoy my stay. The bathroom, has a great shower room that added a touch of luxury to my experience. The location is fantastic, right in the center and easily accessible to the town on foot. I loved being able to explore without any hassle.

One downside of my stay was that the room did not have central AC.

Beautiful hotel --walking distance to everything in the village. Facilities were updated, modern-- brilliant refurbishing- incorporating the old with the new. Views from the room right out to the lifts and mountains. Bathroom was updated and modern --fantastic shower - Service from all the staff was A+! Walking distance to everything in the village.

Room size was smaller than expected -- the photos on the Booking site make the rooms look larger than they are. Bathrooms had tiny sink areas with minimal/no storage for cosmetics, etc. The spa was relatively small. Best for massage, pool, steam room, etc, rather than full mani-pedi treatments. Small but adequate gym for simple work-out.

A well-maintained property in the heart of the small town of Chamonix. The interior decoration is tasteful, and the facilities are excellent. The staff are helpful and professional. The hotel’s parking is also a great advantage. I will definitely stay here again

The breakfast could be improved as the choices were limited. Offering options like omelettes and pancakes upon request, as in most 5-star hotels, would be a nice touch. Overall, it was a basic breakfast, and this is the only aspect I could honestly criticize
