The ladies at the front desk are exceptional. They are friendly, professional and go above and beyond to help. The ladies who clean do a wonderful job, and are always very nice. The kitchenette is well stocked.The tv had channels with programs in English. The bed was comfortable. The shower stall is small, but there is a lot of hot water. The hotel itself has a lovely, large sitting and working area.on the main floor.

Our stay in Residence Le Grand Chalet was absolutely wonderful! The chalet is located at the best possible spot - meters from the funiculus and it was easy to go up on the slopes early. It is also a short walk to the town centre, and easy to get to restaurants and bars by foot. We had two lovely balconies, one looking towards the mountain for a great view. Breakfast was arranged in the hotel opposite and was excellent. The Chalet has a convenient spa that most mostly quiet in the evening. I couldn’t praise the staff enough – they were all lovely, friendly, patient and very helpful with any issues. Everything was easy and our stay was really memorable! We would love to go back!

Very well located with a short walk to the Main Street and very close to the best small supermarket in Courmayeur. We were visiting grandchildren so the piscina was brilliant and the staff were really excellent and friendly. It was very nice to have the balcony as Courmayeur has a lot of sunshine. There is also a pleasant and comfortable lounge. The kitchen was very useful so we did not have to eat out all the time.

The location was perfect for skiing right by the cable car and the pool, sauna and steam room were just what we needed afterwards. I can highly recommend staying here. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

Only one thing was the wifi was not working when we arrived and only 2 of us managed to access during our stay but it really wasn’t the end of the world!

The apartment was lovely! It had windows that allowed us natural light. The kitchen was well appointed, there was a nice seating area, and a very comfortable bed. They were very accommodating and helpful. On the ground floor was a coffee shop and restaurant. The cleaning crew were very helpful with the washer and dryer. They were very helpful.

I personally prefer a shower to a bathtub with an attachment but that’s not a criticism of the facilities.

Short walk from the main town where you have various shops and a very convenient grocery shop a couple of buildings down. The spa was nice and relaxing and near our room which was handy. Parking (available at extra cost, €10 a night) was handy. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful to any questions we had.

It was unusually warm when we arrived and there's no air conditioning so our room was absolutely roasting. Couple with being near the spa, where people left doors open, all the heat from the spa added on to the already hot room. Thought it was rather odd/rude to be asked to clean the kitchen or risk a €100 fine and not be supplied with any cleaning equipment.

The staff at this hotel are excellent. They are always very helpful and polite. The housekeeping is excellent and the hotel always very clean. Our grandchildren loved the little swimming pool and were all made to feel very welcome. We will definitely come again.

Big clean with a kitchen when you come for more than one night. A superb and helpful receptionist. Very comfortable will charming balcony overlooking the alps. A very near supermarket. A possibility to do laundry. and a SPA 😉 the perfect place for a rest day from the TMB

I would have liked some coffee in the room and soep and sponge for dishes and more tablets for the dishwasher. salt and olive oil would also have been appreciated. We stayed 3 nights, and we were on the TMB hike. It was a shame to buy a huge grounded coffee sac and liquid soap and a big olive oil bottle that needed to stay behind. But all in all the Pros of this superb place eccide the several cons.

Nice Residence not far from center of Courmayeur. Located in a nice street with typical Italian cafe where you can enjoy a great breakfast with excellent coffee. The reception was very helpfull and extreem friendly with fluent English.

I didn’t understand how breakfast worked. Never used it. We shopped for cereal and yogurt at the market and ate in our room.

Spa was not warm enough. We used it on the first night. Wonderful atmosphere and relaxing, but too cold to enjoy thoroughly so we didn’t use it other nights. Also, we couldn’t figure out how to shower without soaking the entire bathroom floor.
