The chalet rooms are lovely, we stayed with another couple and it still felt quite private and spacious. Everything is new too as its just opened. A 5 min bus ride to the main ski lift. The village and bars are a 5 min walk away. We had a great time overall but there were some teething issues.

Staffing didn't feel like a 4 star hotel, also the pool and spa are very chlorinated. As its at the top of a hill if you don't have a car it can be pretty difficult to ferry up ski gear and groceries. The rubbish bins are at the bottom of the hill too and you have to take everything down yourself which seems weird given how much you are paying.

The location was good. We had a car and there was free parking but also walked to the high street easily as only 5 mins away. 3 min drive to main ski resort and there’s a green slope opposite the chalet. The boot room was very good, good size and easy for us to access.

The spa are wasn’t clean, the floors didn’t seem like they were maintained well. The floors in the boot room area were not clean either. The beds and pillows are really hard! None of us slept well.

It was a lovely place to stay. Easy, very clean, so comfortable and great spa area. Very easy with families and to drive and park. I think they need more information about local things to do in the apartment and the ability to pre order some food and milk.

Modern but in keeping with the surrounding area. Well equipped clean comfortable spacious apartment with great views. Very helpful staff. Especially Lydie and Justine. Spa warmer this time and a pleasure to use.

New and modern, very beautifully decorated hotel.

It was generally cold everywhere, in the room and common areas, not able to increase temperature. The pool was very cold thus everyone goes to the small jacuzzi. The hotel arrangement is a bit odd, if you are in chalet D you need to take 3 different elevators to arrive to the spa area.

Well equipped apartment with a spacious and stylish open-plan kitchen/dining/living area. Very pleasant spa and pool area. Very good value for the facilities provided.

Twin bedroom was rather small with little room to unpack. When we opened the sofa bed it still had dirty linen on it from a previous visitor.

Modern, clean, warm. Pool and sauna facilities were great.

The parking was a bit limited and getting up the hill was difficult with snowy/icy roads

The rooms were very well decorated and extremely comfortable. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Les Contamines's center.
