Baby bed was new and the extra mattress made it very comfortable. The bed was large and comfortable. We had the family suite which was a good size for our family. Kitchen was well equipped. The L'Occitane toiletteries smelt beautiful! Close proximity to a lovely boulangerie, the Palais and a children's park.

Even though the rooms were a good size, the family suite was a strange layout. The toilet was central with no close sink. The ensuite to the main bedroom didn't have a shower curtain, which meant the bathroom at the entrance had to be used instead. The pool was being used at midday by a group of mid-twenties who had a crate of beer and loud music playing. We didn't use the pool as this was not a suitable or safe environment for our young daughter to be in.

Very stylish décor and interiors, beautiful garden. Nice pool. Super helpful staff. Underground parking with direct access to the room. Walking distance to everywhere in Megeve. Very child friendly. Our kids loved the pool and the ping pong table. Tasty breakfast, great cocktails and yummy dinner.

Sound insulation could be better. We could hear our neighbours and people on the hallways. Cigarette smoke from our downstairs neighbour's balcony coming into our apartment. The family apartments are equipped very comfortably for a longer stay, including two bathrooms, a separate toilet, nice balcony, but the rooms are rather small. Difficult to open doors and wardrobes at the same time.

Excellent hotel, far exceeded expectations. Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with balcony overlooking the pool. There was a nice sized lounge area with dining table and small kitchenette (2 ring hob, fridge, small size dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and sink). Well equipped for self catering but also a lovely restaurant at the hotel. Excellent welcome and every single member of staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Only a short 5 minute walk to a nearby carrefour supermarket and 10/15 minute walk into the main town, the accommodation is perfectly located in a quiet location. Hotel provided a free shuttle to the ski lifts, never had to wait. Fabulous hotel bar.

We stayed for one night in early October with a few requirements, primarily that it was dog friendly for a highly trained Doberman and that the hotel had secure parking for my car as it’s a rare car and we didn’t want to unpack the car entirely in each hotel on our road trip. Both requirements were met and the parking was secure and private. We had a huge deluxe king suite that was v comfortable and a cool design with the added bonus of a large outdoor panoramic terrace. V welcoming reception team and an absolutely awesome location 10 minutes walk from central Megeve town.

Very nice cosy room with a small kitchenette area & a balcony with great views.. On-site restaurant & ski rental shop. The hotel is outside of the centre of Megeve but well within walking distance but the hotel also has a shuttle service.

The pictures of the hotel shows a nice heated pool, we went to use it and it was lukewarm at best, certainly not warm enough to have an enjoyable swim in and then to top it off the little sauna was also out of use, so that being said a bit disappointing as I chose this hotel over other cheaper options without a pool etc.

Great location, great breakfast. Good value to money. The staff were very nice, the pool is heated, so its very cozy all day long. The Room was clean and the towels were changed every day. On the second day, we had a problem with the coffee machine. I informed the lady in the front desk, and it was fixed on the same day. It was our second visit to this hotel, and I totally recommend this hotel ! We would definitely come back.

Loved our stay! The hotel is brilliantly located in Megev. Our room had a nice balcony overlooking the heated pool. The restaurant onsite was delicious for both breakfast and dinner. Also enjoyed the hotel sauna and a heated pool.

We visited in September and while the pool is heated, it did not remain heated well throughout the day. Perhaps adding a hot tub to the mix would make the experience even better!

Although the hotel is located a 15-minute walk from the center, there is a shuttle service every 15 minutes, which is very convenient. The rooms are comfortable, and the balcony is spacious, making it a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine after returning from skiing. The on-site restaurant is a bit pricey compared to those in the center, but the food is delicious, and the staff are very polite and helpful.

This hotel is amazing, it has been our second time here. The 2-bedroom apartment is very comfortable, with all the amenities needed. All the facilities are very clean. The restaurant and bar are very enjoyable and with good food and service. The pool and sauna are a plus, even during winter time. We will come back!

Nothing to say, it would be good if it was located in the middle of the village, but the shuttle service provided by the hotel works perfectly well.

Beautiful, friendly, lovely lodges with warm pool and sauna at the end of a ski day was such a treat! The lodges were spotless, beautifully decorated, cleaned each day.

Had to take a bus to slopes or town BUT the buses were frequent and never had to wait so absolutely worth it for such nice accommodation. The bus (like a little van) went straight to the boot room!
