The breakfast was lovely and the bar area is a real asset with delightful staff.

We were not told that we would be charged for parking and this was a surprise at check out. We did not find the management particularly gracious when we suggested this should be made clearer to guests. We did not ask for a refund, or our money back but simply suggested clarity. The Booking App on phone does not have this additional charge anywhere and nor was is it on the confirmation sent to me by text from booking. The hotel made a point that it was on the PC version of Booking but I don’t use Booking on a PC - nor I imagine do many others. However, I understand the real Manager is on sabbatical so this might have explained why we therefore left feeling disappointed in the response.

I don't know where to start: the location, the staff, the breakfast, the beds, the cleanliness, the comfort, the atmosphere... everything top notch. We really enjoyed our Xmas getaway to this magical place in Megeve. The staff went above and beyond to help us by recommending us what to do & see during our stay. Laureen, Benjamin, Oscar and the rest of the team were so great. You rarely find so thoughtful and considerate staff. The rooms were nice, I would prefer better light in the bath to do my make up properly but that's fine, I managed. Beds super comfortable, the heat was great, the soundproof of the rooms too, can't find a fault. Hopefully when we go back to Megeve we will make sure to book there again. thank you guys, we had a great time.

Location, Cozy environment and proximity to ski lifts. People very nice

Breakfast does not have too many choices, except for bread which was very good and with many variety. Fruits, cheese, veggi, charcuterie was bit limited. Would expect more in a hotel of this category. Ski room is not very good neither and bath tube are not comfortable. Access code for the car did not work neither. I think they should facilitate a temporary card for the guests

The location is above all. Close to the lift, close to the town centre and all the attractions. The staff is helpful and friendly. The coctails at the bar a delicious. Clean rooms, proper housekeeping. Congratulations to the management!

There are no hooks in the room and the room size is an issue but still as advertised on booking.com. More food options for breakfast would be lovely.

We like everything from arrival until checkout. Staff is very nice, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is very good. Location is right in the centre close to everything including cable car. We had a dinner at the hotel as well and food was very good.

They do not provide hair conditioner. Ok may be do not put in in every room but have a stock if customer would request.

Staff was amazing. Couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. Fab location. The bathroom in our room needs updating. Shower not great but there was not a single other thing to fault! The hotel was closing for the end of the ski season the day we left. We were never rushed - in fact, the opposite even though we were the last ones in the hotel whilst waiting for our airport transfer. We were made to feel very welcome and taken care of right up to the very moment we left. We will definitely be back - but hopeful that the bathrooms will get a much needed update before then!

The only thing was the bathroom. Very dated with a shower that was not pleasant to use. Really needs an update. It is the ONLY thing that let the hotel down.

The staff at the hotel are extraordinary - they went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful family vacation. The staff (including the hotel manager) were always available to provide us with dining recommendations and other advice. The spa in the hotel is terrific and the restaurant and bar were also a delight after a day of skiing.

Breakfast was perfect, a large range of options, peaceful and very friendly serving staff. Very good quality food. All staff at the hotel couldn’t do more for my family. So friendly and accommodating - so sad to leave. Such a central location!

Nothing. It was an exceptional hotel..

It is a beautiful, newly renovated, fresh and clean Hotel. Tastefully decorated in style with the rest of the village. Great dining room and breakfast room excellent breakfast. We highly recommend it also for the location in the center of the village. We could not ask for more.

The customer service was the best I've ever encountered. Have to especially mention the concierge. The design of the hotel is extraordinarily beautiful. The food, perfect. Hope to return someday. If all Sibuet hotels are this outstanding, I'll have to add them to my bucket list. ( and I don't usually put hotels on.my bucket list!)

The weather. Thank goodness the hotel was nice.
