Beautiful room and the staff were fabulous!

I only have one small issue and that was first impressions....we arrived a little early which i appreciate is a pain if the room is not ready and we were happy to wait...yet despite the hotel knowing it was our honeymoon there was no effort made to make us feel special or welcome which surprised me for being such an amazing hotel. I think even a glass of champagne on arrival would make all the difference and offer guests the most sensational start to their stay. That is all we wanted to mention and aside from this we had a great time.

Heaven would be living forever in Le Chalet Zannier. Everything about our stay was incredible. The service is first class and it’s the little details on this that make you feel so special, like neatly laying out ski equipment into our car from the storage room each day, or arranging food for us in our room when we we’re arriving late at night. secondly the ambience of the hotel is incredible. my fiancé is a interior designer for the ultra prime market and she was so impressed. It feels to cosy, comfortable, warm and relaxing. also because there are only 12 rooms it often feels like you have the place to your self, like your own private chalet with 5 star service. finally the food was excellent. The chefs are geniuses with truffle! We loved to so much we will try to come back every year from now on.

What a lovely hotel. The buildings and the setting are magnificent, the rooms are spacious, well laid out and with great bathrooms. Very comfortable beds and lovely terraces. The breakfast is delicious. Above all, the staff are wonderful: every single one could not be more friendly, helpful or hospitable. They really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Would definitely come back.

The staff , the spa, the breakfast and the afternoon drinks & snacks. The room was big and decorated super chic and comfy👌 Amalia was amazing and looked up all the options we had for day trips and events. I felt welcomed.

Would be nice if they had some more doors options for snacks and they were open a little longer . The main desk closes at 8

The service was excellent; the staff was very friendly. Great location and fantastic view from the room. The room was impressive as well :-)

Just the fact that we couldn't get an iron for the clothes. Maybe there should be a dedicated room for the guests to do the ironing?

it was beautiful - amazing interior design in the room, lovely spa and restaurant. everyone was so friendly and looked after us immaculately. one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. incredible food as well.
