Fantastic location, wonderful hotel with amazing rooms and a view to die for. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay - no matter what we asked for. We felt welcome and at home at all times, and can highly recommend this hotel to everyone who enjoys life. Also loved that there was a kitchen in the room and full equipment for cooking your own meal to eat on the balcony with lovely red wine.

Would be nice if the pool opened earlier in the mornings so we could have taken a morning swim (opens only at 10am). A little training in English for some of the staff at the breakfast would have helped us guests who haven't mastered French yet. Lack of information about what would happen throughout the week (such as the live performance that we missed). Lack of information of what was available to order from the kitchen at breakfast. Static menu at the bistro. Would've eaten there more often if there was a daily special. After six days in a row with the same staff it would've been pleasant to not repeat our coffee order for breakfast again. Dull kitchen knives.

Location and property is absolutely wonderful. Location is a bit far from the centre. The pool, hot tub, all facilities are amazing. The staff were incredibly kind. The guys from breakfast will be forever in our hearts. The room is spacious, bathroom is spacious and beautiful. Great view from the room.

Its not a “dislike” but when taking dinner at the property is quite pricey for what you get. And good to know there is no airco in the room. Usually its not that warm of course but we had the heatwave period in June. For the dog it was a bit too warm in the room with that.

The outdoor pool and hot tub stand out for their great views of Mont Blanc. Dining is a highlight, with a superb dinner service and an excellent complimentary breakfast.

For a luxury spa hotel, we were surprised by the number of families with children - but c’est la vie.

Incredible hotel, staff and views. Can’t fault our stay. Staff were amazing throughout from arrival helping park and unpack our car. The lady in charge of breakfast made our stay. So friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable . The view from bed/balcony was breathtaking taking. Massive bath, it fit 2 grown adults. Food and drinks were outstanding . The breakfast was so yummy and to a great standard, lots of choice. Even offered to make my off menu vegetarian items for dinner. Would definitely stay again !

We had a great experience during our winter stay. We made very good use of outside pool and sauna and indoor pool/jacuzzi is very pleasant, too. The best things about this nice hotel are the people who work there and fabulous breakfast (11/10)!

There were problems with WiFi during our stay but we heard that this was a Megeve issue then. It was probably fixed after we left.

Beautiful views and great location near Megeve. You can have the hotel drop you into town and a lovely and easy 20 minute walk back. Rooms were nice and clean, bed were very comfortable. In the summer they set up a movie night outdoors and it was lovely.

This did not feel like a 5* stay. Some oversights from the staff that persisted. The fitness area was small and hot. Breakfast was a real let down. We arrived at 9:00-9:30 most mornings and there was barely any food left… mostly breads available. There was small basket of overripe or damaged fruits. I may have been ok with all of this if it was a 4* hotel but certainly unexpected from a 5*.

Views / staff / hotel was just amazing! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for a location like this! Massage was a lovely touch also Swedish spa and sauna! Indoor and outdoor pools were all very very clean! Room service food was amazing as we didn’t want leave the amazing room!

Nothing at all!

The space, the views, the quietness, the food and the kindness of the staff. Both "Bistro" and "Table" were delicious.

We stayed for a week and for 3 days (midweek) the swimming pool was open but some of the spa options weren't active despite of letting the guy at reception know we were going to the spa area.

Very nice terrace woth a bonfire and a view. The restaurant is very good (even the bistrot) and the indoor spa facilities are quite good along with the outdoor Swedish bath. The staff were very nice and caring especially the massage therapist.

The room and the common areas had neither fans nor A/C which made us feel quite hot with the summer weather even in the night. We wished the hotel had an adult only rule as the few families with children contrasted with the relaxing, resourcing retreat atmosphere of the spa and the hotel as a whole.

Views surrounding the property are beautiful. The property itself is comfortable, relaxed and immaculately appointed.

The only small dislike was the water temperature in the shower, which was warm to hot, but not toasty hot.
