We didn't have breakfast included therefore we didn't use this service. The apartment was really nicely finished and although small had most things needed. Location was good and easy to get around.

communication could have been better, I emailed and message several times in the weeks leading up to arrival to see whether we could drop our sons medication to be left in a fridge prior to check in, but they never responded. Parking was a bit tricky as spaces filled up quickly and there were occasions where we couldn't park on site in the evening

Lovely staff, beautiful place around, but also our room was very convenient with every necessity, super clean, the wifi was exceptional, the tv was working, we had a terrace as well. The check-in and check-out times are very convenient especially if you take how clean everything is. Had only worse experiences than this. Super lovely time, would come back any time! The town and the hills and mountains are closeby, and the train station of Sallanches-Combloux-Megeve are just a 10-20 minute bus/hitch-hike ride. The people around are very friendly.

At the moment we could not leave our luggage at the hotel during the day, but only because a big group of cyclists were coming, and it simply couldn't fit in anymore. Good to know that otherwise it could be an option sometimes. Everything else was truly lovely.

If you think of it as a tiny home, it’s quite a spacious place otherwise it’s a very compact, stylish accommodation with lots of cooking equipment and a very effective stovetop. There is also a fondue set. The electric shutters are effective in shutting out the light. There is free parking in the lot or underground.

The tv is not smart so Netflix etc is not really an option. The wifi is not very good. The hallways are very dark.

Staff couldn't be more helpful. Le Marmotte restaurant is terrific value for money. Apartment rooms larger than expected.

Transfer links into the town centre/ski areas are poor. Expect a long walk with skis or two connecting buses every 90 minutes.

Breakfast was a buffet style with freshly cooked eggs to order. Everything was fresh and delivered daily. ski locker was just about adequate for two skiiers. Fold away bed made the room spacious for times when not going to bed. Supermarket nearby and Pizza place were ideal for us on a budget.

lighting in the hallway to the rooms could be automated or fit a timer switch nearer the reception door.

Very friendly personnel at the hotel. Mountain Views from any room. Excellent breakfast and dinners. Full kitchen facilities in the room. Short walk to the lift, we left all our equipment at the shop near the lift to store so we didn’t need to carry anything. Great value for money.

The rooms were small but I guess it’s often the case in France

Has everything you need inside the property and the beds are comfortable. Also sorted us a late check in and stored our bags at the end of the stay.

Only supplied one toilet roll, which was bizarre. Staff on the desk weren’t very friendly.

The bedroom was so small it was very claustrophobic when the doors were closed. Late check-in, no luggage room.

Breakfast was a good buffet, The location was excellent, very close to the town centre, supermarket and pizzeria. Contrary to other reviews, Our room was only recently refurbished very well equipped with everything brand new.
