This is an absolutely fantastic property! The staff is exceptionally attentive, interested and accommodating. The housekeeping staff is cordial. And the offerings and facility staff at breakfast are wonderful! The spa facilites are also terrific!

Guests should not be booked into an attic room (with slanted ceilings) without prior consultation (and agreement/acceptance of such conditions). And the absolutely excellent breakfast buffet should be enhanced with the small addition of capers made available for the delicious salmon and very small slivers of lemon for the hot tea.

I was very happy with the double bed because last time we had to single beds pushed together as a double bed but all night they kept separating. So this time I selected a room with double bed and although we were upgraded the single beds put together had some kind of bridge that held them together properly. Perfect!

The restaurant made such a fuss about us asking for fries instead of the carbs with the dish. We felt like we were not appreciated due to having made a food choice out of the box. For such a small thing when the restaurant was that busy yet seemed unprofessional. Then my chips came with my meal but my husbands only came when he had finished the rest of his dish (fillets de perches, traditionally always served with chips in our experience). For a 115.- meal I thought it was was a poor effort

Great location, amazing views. Renovated rooms are nice (not all are renovated, 'attic' rooms are not), the bed was huge, room has good space, enough space to put your things, loved the terrace. They also added one extra single bed for our kid, very considerate (although she ended up sleeping in our bed :D, but 3 of us had plenty of space!). Different types of pillows, including flat ones which are better for kids... Breakfast is good, nothing extraordinary, and one morning the fresh vegetables were missing, but it's a minor hiccup and overall, it was enough of variety for us. Convenient to have restaurants on site, Italian place is very kids friendly as they even have small playroom inside. We didn't have problems with walking-in without reservation (although of course it's kindly recommended to reserve). Be mindful if you make online dinner reservation somewhere in the town - they might accept reservation for the time when kitchen is still closed (which could be tricky when you have a hungry kid :D). And of course, the baths were very nice, direct access is very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay.

Big queues at reception at check-in and check-out, worth coming earlier even if some time still left :D for the hotel - maybe self-check-out kiosks (especially for those who won't be staying in the baths after check-out)?

Perfect breakfast and dinner. Everything very fresh and tasty. Personnel was always very friendly. The outdoor pool area is beautiful and also the view from the balcony. Very elegantly furnished, especially the shared areas.

The balcony was not clean when we arrived and also it was not cleaned during our stay. Lots of hair on the floor, probably from a dog or so. The used glasses were not replaced after the first cleaning. Otherwise all great.

Wonderful hotel, the staff is very professional and helpful. Cleaning is great. Very good selection of products for breakfast. We appreciated very much that the entrance to the thermal area was included in the hotel rate, and there is a private entrance for hotel guests.

We strongly recommend to book the Deluxe rooms as they are renovated and modern , with lots of space, vue on the pools. I would definetly not go for the Attic rooms or other category under the Deluxe, as they are small, old furniture, no view, no bathtube, different amenities... The hotel is set in beautiful surroundings with plenty of parking available. The staff are extremely attentive and friendly. The room was immaculate. The spa area has everything one needs to relax and chill out after a long journey. The food is of an excellent standard and an all you can eat breakfast that is varied and will set you up hot a day of adventures. All at an affordable price 😊

Nothing it was a lovely stay…

I loved everything. The facilities are larger than what you usually find in Switzerland. The room was perfect (except for a minor hiccup), everything was top-notch. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the thermal waters and pools, but it's definitely a hotel I'd return to.

My room was a double, but for some reason, it had an extra bed (as seen in the photo) that I didn't need. I asked for it to be removed to have more space, but was told it wasn't possible because it was a fixed bed. This wasn't true, but I let it go since I was only staying one night and didn't want to get into an argument over a small detail.

The rooms were spacious, breakfast was perfectly adequate and the access to the Bains absolutely lovely. The temperature of the various pools was also great for our 1year old. Portions in the restaurants were extremely generous. The hotel is family friendly. We promptly found a cot on our arrival in the room, which isn't so frequent, so thank you!

Unfortunately the pools were quite crowded during the week-end, but this was expected. I was slightly worried about my son spending time on the room terrace as the wood has quite a few splinters, but luckily he was fine. The (clearly) used towels crumpled near the floor could have been changed a bit more generously, or at least refreshed - the rest of room service and cleaning was irreproachable though.

Breakfast could be better, no vegetables for breakfast Beware Huge parking right in front of the hotel is not the hotel parking.. So please be prepared to be fined in case if you park there overnight. Hotel parking is around the corner 100-200 metres away from the hotel. The hotel could have placed big readable signs on the same or what is much easier and cheaper to send the map with a parking to email upon booking.. Also beware of the low ceiling in the attic room

Check-in was delayed, however it was nice that late check-out was offered. Premises are clean, fresh with nice surroundings. Staff kind. Rooms well equipped.

Access to the swimming pool areas was for way too many people (on top of hotel guests). It was crowd, noisy and sometimes felt unsecure for kids. Also, we had no information at the check-in regarding dining options, swimming pool working hours etc. Mini bar overpriced.
