hot springs area is fantastic! they have lots of lifeguards and enough space in indoors and outdoors area nice two bed room apartment with a great view (southern view). You have parking right in the same building. and on the bright side - the buildings part of the complex are connected to the spa area with the tunnels. so you can walk directly in bathrobes and slippers. freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast. they have free buses circulating around town to the ski lifts

Breakfast was rather basic. there was only bread, some cheese and ham. as well as yoghurt and cereals. the hotel is a bit dated and some renovation should be done. but it's ok for us overall

Very high in the mountains ( for some it is a bonus) Only few members of staff spoke little bit of English, lack of information.

The room size was really large for a flat in the résidence Les Cascades. It also has a terrace outside. The access to the bath is not always included in the price but it was for me. The baths are nice with indoor and outdoor pools and sauna/hammam. Breakfast was included but it wasn't that great tbh.

The room was a bit noisy, can hear the neighbors. The restaurant is not bad but they could do a bit better with little extra effort. The breakfast was a bit boring.

Very nice and clean hotel with attentive staff and beautiful location. Loved to have the complementary breakfast.

The pillows were not very comfortable. It would be nice if hotel guests had access to a special daily rate for the baths and spa access.

Great service and commodities

It was not about the property but for booking. It Is not clear enough that the Bains were not included in the rent. I am not going to a hotel with Bains… and not enjoying the Bains I had to pay extra for the access to the hotel I also had to pay for the city tax when in booking reservation said all taxes included

The staff was very friendly, the whole place was absolutely clean, big rooms.

The location is really not on the main street, between the main seasons other facilities are rare even Restaurant are closed.

Stayed for one night in a cozy warm studio, the sofa-bed was surprisingly comfortable. Our room also had two smaller beds. Water pressure is great. It definitely hasn't been renovated for a long time, but it has its charm. Breakfast buffet was good, and the spa was great. Loved our stay.

Great views, all the usual pampering.

I've been going for over 15 years. The sofa/chair coverings have never been changed and are looking tired. For the price, I'd expect more regular upkeep of this sort of thing.

The view from the spa, the personnel was very kind as well. Breakfast was very complete and fresh.

We liked everything, but bare in mind to access buildings by car, otherwise they’re far away.

I had a very nice room with kitchenette and small bathroom and a south facing balcony with a beautiful view over the Rhone valley. The restaurant made a fondue for me as a single person, when normally it requires at least 2 people sharing. The raclette a volonte' (on Tuesdays) was excellent. The thermal baths are very relaxing, and really helped with my shoulder problem.

I did not like the "maillot only" policy in the Sauna and steam baths. People should use towels only and not get their sweat on the wood, as would be standard policy further north. It would also be nice to have an outside area shielded from view where one can cool down after the sauna.
