The property sits alongside beautiful terraced vineyards with stunning views of the mountains. There is a lovely garden terrace where we sat for dinner. The rooms were incredibly well done - the owners did a great job of adding new renovations among the beautiful old wooden beams. Everything was well thought out and executed.

Confortable bed, cute room, welcoming and accommodating host. I arrived late and left early, and they had breakfast prepared in my room for the next morning. Parking was available and easy, even with a big car. Next time I hope to try the restaurant!

Exceptionally renovated old building - meets all modern standards. Vineyards in the back - very beautiful. Very welcoming and friendly owners. Amazing food - only fresh and seasonal ingredients from surrounding farms. Located very close to la Domaine des Iles, an exceptional recreational area with a lake and park that offers something for everyone.

The room was ready on my very early arrival so I really appreciated the opportunity to drop my luggage and to hike in the afternoon. The breakfast was good and served in the room because of the Spring cleaning of the hotel!

The traffic noise which I noticed more having got used to 2 years with less traffic noise because of Covid.

Lots of fresh fruit with yogurt and granola for breakfast. Excellent croissants and coffee. Some cheese and meats. Dinner was superb. I had steak tartare with a salad with numerous fresh ingredients and sweet potato fries on the side. I paired that with a bottle of Pino Noir from the Mont D'or vineyard that is behind this hotel. You can go for a walk up on the hills behind the hotel among the vines and get a great view up there. The hotel is also a short walk from the tasting room of Mont D'or, the oldest vineyard in Switzerland started in 1848. The bedding was super soft. The hotel is on a bit of a main road but the room was very quiet. The front porch is also a nice place to relax as well as under the pergola on the side looking back to the terraced vineyards. I stayed here while my family was doing the Haute Route and staying at a remote cabin up in the mountains. I was the luggage driver. I would love to go back and explore more of this Sion area. The church up in old Conthey is worth a visit and there are more tasting rooms up there but I did not have time so I plan to go back someday. No fee for the tasting room at Mont D'or if you are buying wine. Felt like I was in the movie Bottle Shock trying to pay for a tasting.

Very good hotel. Big room, comfortable bed and very clean. The staff are very welcoming and gentle. There are a restaurant and a bar on the level floor with great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I recommend!

Spacious loft room with large ensuite. Just have to be careful to mind your head on the roof joists! Excellent restaurant if a bit pricey.

On the outskirts of Sion so if you're coming on public transport it will be a £20 taxi ride there.

The only slight negative is the location close to the road…not ideal for sleeping into the day at a open window 😉

Spacious, impeccable room, good-size double beds with comfortable mattresses. Right on the route from Sion to Conthey, just minutes from downtown.
