This is my second time staying at Moxie. The first time the bed was too hard, but this time the bed was very comfortable. The staff is really courteous and kind. I do wish the rooms were better sound proofed, I didn’t hear any outside noise from the road but you can hear people in the hallway very clearly — so bring headphones or a noise machine/app (which is what I had). I do wish they had a do not clean/disturb door hook to let cleaners know whether the room needs cleaning. Overall fantastic stay.

Some ventilation issues as some nights I could smell cooked food in the room. You can crack the windows though so that is helpful.

The area is convenient, right near the highway with underground parking. The staff was helpful and friendly. My room was very clean and well designed. The window to the exterior is well insulated but internal insulation could be better, I could hear the person upstairs walking and could hear every door when they closed (ear plugs remedied that). In terms of design selection the beds are not at all comfortable, make all types of weird creaking sounds when entering and exiting. I had back pain after my stay. If I were staying longer than a few days I’d prefer a closer to the open closet with a few hangers. If the beds were comfortable it would have been a 5 star experience for me.

I stayed at the Moxy Sion because i had booked a few days surfing at the Alaia Bay Wavepool nearby so it was perfect for me. The fitout is funky and makes you feel like you are in a modern fun hotel. The room was comfortable and was big enough for me and all inroom facilities were modern and in good condition. The breakfast was good with a lrage selection to choose form and teh satff were always accomodating and easy to chat to.

Nothing really, everything met my expectation. Its a little way from teh city centre so you do need to have transport.

Parking is CHF 12 per night which is a decent rate.

To offer parking without the option of charging an electric car is rather 2015, not 2025 - please get that fixed. The TV screen shows the option of connecting a Chromecast device, but it didn't work, because some WiFi security measures were introduced later which broke this functionality. I was able to hack it, but most users are going to be disappointed. WiFi engineer didn't talk to TV engineer - therefore it broke.

Ive stayed at Moxy Sion a few times now and every time has been a great experience. The hotel has a good vibe mainly due to the staff's friendliness and how they interact with guests. The rooms are always clean and comfortable and suitable for what i need. I'll be staying there every time I visit Sion.

The Hotel suits my needs, I can't think of anything that I don't like. If I have to pick one thing maybe it's to broaden the food menu for dinner

Dear Pedro, I'm endlessly thankful to you for helping my daughter out that night when she didn't get on the train with me. (she arrived safely to me). Our luck was that there was your hotel. Lovely hotel! Lovely room! with comfortable beds, and with a TV of an enormous size! Lovely breakfast! Very good girls are serving the breakfast! (thanks to the bartenders for the drinks) Curious to see finches winging all around the breakfast room. The goodness of the staff makes a great impression.

Everything was perfect.

We repeatedly come to Moxy, Sion as we find it the best solution for skiing in 4 vallées (Nendaz, Verbier, Veysonnaz, etc.) or on the other side (Crans-Montana). When you see the prices of rooms in the mountains, it's 3 to 10 times more expensive. So, we choose to sleep in Moxy, Sion and in the morning we drive to Nendaz (about 20 minutes) and we ski all day. Hotel is new, very clean, comfortable. You get a free welcome drink, toiletries, speedy wi-fi without a password, free parking, even in garage if there's space, and a free smile from everyone who works there. Next to the hotel entrance (20 meters away) is the entrance to B64 restaurant, where you can eat fine food or a burger, good choice of wines, as you wish. Hotel also offers some delicious food and a great breakfast. Very silent, good for sleeping. Petrol station is 50 meters away. All is great there.

Nothing wrong.

Booked this just for the night as we were travelling through Switzerland and need to stop for the night. Good location but there are a lot of roadworks in the area at the time we were travelling so look out for those diversions. Decent parking in and around the hotel and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was a good size and the bathroom and shower were good. The beds were great and very comfy and loved the lighting solutions in the room! Loved the tokens for a free cocktail from the bar, very nice! Good hotel to stay at if you are in the area.

Good size room, comfortable beds and very clean. A good welcome and very good buffet breakfast. Parking secure underneath, 12 chf.

No tissues. No coffee making faciliities. View isn’t great but location is more for visiting the city.

Overall a great little hotel if you've a short stay in Sion. The location is OK, does requires either taxi or public transport to get into town but it's super simple. The rooms are very nice and the value for money is exceptional.

On check-in, there was some confusion regarding the multiple rooms I had booked. The person on reception seemed rather irritated and it took a number of attempts to finally get the situation understood, and the rooms handed out. Not the end of the world but not the best first impression.
