The location was very convenient, there is a free parking if you come by car. and the check-in process is very effective. Unfortunately you don't interact much with the staff, but it does the job.

I would have paid a little less for the size and the service. Everything was efficient and sufficient but because of the lack of "extra" I think we overpaid. However, it was new year's eve

Everything: nice location with Matterhorn views, exceptionally cleanliness everywhere, tasty breakfasts, and amazing stuff - the lady shared with me a lot of hidden gems around Zermatt to visit. And SPA is the best thing after all day hiking and climbing. I was so amazed with the hotel that broke my own rule and booked the same hotel twice 😍

It was perfect for the purpose of an overnight stop. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

The restaurant was closed and we only found out about it by chance on the website. No one made an effort to ensure that we knew of the closure in advance of us staying at the hotel. Efforts had been made to cool the bedroom but it was still very hot overnight.

Hotel Elite has a great location if you're transiting via the train station as it is only about a 8-10 minute walk from the hotel. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel as well as the fortress on the hill. Our room was spacious and had all the amenities needed for a short stay including a floor fan and dehumidifier. The bathrooms were a bit weird with frosted glass doors, but they sufficed and the hot water was plentiful. The beds and pillows were decently comfortable. Complimentary tea and instant coffee were located in the rooms. The staff member was very polite and helpful during the check-in process.

The Wifi speeds were very slow during our stay. The room temperature was very warm, so we had to sleep with our terrace door open and the floor fan turned on all night. The street in front of the hotel is a pedestrian-only street. It appeared that there may be a few parking spots in the alley behind the hotel, but I would be concerned about staying here if I was driving a vehicle.

This is a great hotel in the most perfect of locations. A short walk to the old city, and if you have the energy, up to the old church and castle. The room was very clean, the staff were super helpful and provided secure storage for our two bicycles. Breakfast was fab, and we finally got to enjoy some old fashion bacon at last.

This is a very unseasonally warm period in Switzerland. The staff did their best and provided us with a fan and a portable evaporative cooler. Along with the windows open, we survived, and we truly thank the hotel staff for doing everything they could to make our steady comfortable.

Easy 5min walk with luggage from the train station and central to shopping. There is no luggage storage, but reception kept our bags behind the desk so we could explore town before check-in was open. We were travelling with a round head two prong travel adapter but required the narrow head for the room- reception has a draw of travel adapters that they can loan out to guests. We really appreciated this.

The pillows were awful. We had to fold them in half, and even then, they didn't hold shape (this seems to be common in most swiss accommodation). The shower had both a rain head and a separate head mounted to the wall. The rain head took forever to actually wet my hair, and the mounted head only sprayed a direct horizontal stream unless hand held. We stayed in mid June, the room was HOT. There is no air-conditioning. The hotel provided a fan that didn't work and a small stand-alone unit that you fill with water and blows cool air. The operation of this unit heated the room more than it cooled it. We ended up sleeping with the balcony door wide open, which didn't feel very safe as it was also the fire escape and had access from the rooms above and below.

Great location, close to the station. Room was bigger than expected. Basically but clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful and accommodated our very late check in.

We only had 7 hours at the hotel and everything was great. No complaints.

Great location, close to train station and old town

I had a single room that was very cosy. I could have done with a little more room as you had to be organised with little room to move around but had a wardrobe to store baggage.

Nice hotel in city centre Sion and close to the train station. I had booked a single room, the room was small but fine for a short stay. The breakfast is alright with a few cooked choices besides bread, cereals etc.

What I like about the property is the location. It was very convenient and hassle free. Manor is just few steps away as it was just in front of the hotel. There are restaurants nearby and walking distance from the train station.

What I didn't like is the bed, it always separate from the other one as it was twin bed. But, still good.
