Breakfast was Very good with fresh fruits, a good choice of yogurts, muesli, cheeses, bread and although help yourself style everything was there and more.

I wish there was a shuttle service to take us to the Festival locations and to restaurants which were too far to walk. Also closing the concierge at 9pm can be complicated if one needs help.

Centrally located, perfect to reach all Verbier Festival concerts, restaurants, the cable cars and hiking paths. The breakfast room is cozy and offers a really great selection. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind.

The hotel houses a restaurant/bar that plays loud music until 4 a.m. Not enjoyable for those wanting to sleep and not party.

I had read reviews complaining about noise from the bars and clubs below, however during our stay I didn’t really notice it and always slept well.

The breakfast was excellent and served in a beautiful room. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The noise from the night club went on until 02.00 which was unexpected. We had been warned when booking that it might be noisy because it is very much a "party" location but we didn't expect to still hear the noise after midnight.

Great hotel, friendly helpful staff. Live music every night from 6 til 9 in the apres bar and then DJ’s in the lounge bar. 10 minute walk to the main ski lift or 2 minutes in the complementary Farinet mini van.

Its excellent location, super friendly staff, all the facilities.

It’s bed. It had very sharp wooden corners which were not covered with the mattress. We both were constantly hurting ourselves until we got used to it.

The staff all very helpful and friendly especially Julia on reception. Printed off restaurants with open/closed as we were end of summer season so some were closed . Room 303 delightfull

Breakfast very good. Thoughtful extras (earplugs, spray, chocolates, SOS sachets, water).

For guests in apartment 400 perhaps alert them that the roof is very low in places. Top bunk in apartment 400 might need a ladder. More space between breakfast tables so that people can move easily between tables.

Spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good location

Location is super central and good BUT be prepared that it will be loud late into the night and the insulation around the windows is not good, so you hear everything, even with the windows shut. Great place to party but avoid booking if you’re looking to get up early the next day

What a beautiful room! the room size with the balcony and the view, honestly worth every penny. the hotel is super fun, they have music going on from 6 till way after midnight. Go and have fun!
