What a treat! My experience at Hotel de Verbier was just out of this world. The staff is great and helpful. The hotel itself, located in the center of Verbier, is cozy and very well decorated. The room we had (grand deluxe) was very comfortable, beautiful and very charming. The attention to details makes all the difference. The balcony is big and lovely with a beautiful view of the village and the mountains. The breakfast had a large selection of food and pastries which also included a menu of omelettes and specialty toasts. The spa is relaxing and clean. Overall, I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend in Verbier! <3

The location is very good, very central. The hotel is newly refurbished with quality materials. Comfy bed. The reception desk was very helpful. The breakfast was superb, it was far above the price standard of the hotel. One of the best accommodations I had in Verbier so far and definitely the best breakfast. It became my preferable choice for the next stay.

I had room facing Place Central, which is actually a roundabout so the view is not the best you can get in Verbier. It was also noisy when you had windows open. However, when closed, you could not hear a thing (good noise insulation).

Not the best sound insulation, not only between rooms, but from the outside. Our first room faced the Farinet hotel and we were woken up by the music all night. We asked to move rooms and our request was immediately granted and the new room on the back of the hotel was perfect. Very charming staff could not have been nicer.

The hotel is lovely, the room I stayed in almost seemed brand new, the decoration made it feel calm, soothing, minimalist and with little hints of a chalet atmosphere. I asked for a quiet room and the ladies at reception definitely gave me their quietest room, looking at the floor plan I almost had no walls touching any other room so I really appreciate that. I asked for a late checkout to shower after skiing on the last day, they were fully booked but I was able to use the shower in the spa which was lovely and very clean. I would definitely come back.

Absolutely nothing. To provide some light and minimal constructive feedback, I did hear guests in the top floor moving their furniture at night due to the beautiful hardwood floors - so maybe some more felt stickers on the chair legs would be useful. I had dinner at the Italian restaurant - it is beautiful and there’s a bit of a party vibe which is nice but the menu was a little restricted and the food was ok, nothing extraordinary.

Everything was top notch! The facilities were small but absolutely beautiful and tastefully decorated. The wellness/sauna area was the abode of peace and tranquility. The gym, albeit small, had everything one could think of! The hotel staff are kind and professional and very helpful.

Love the intimate family feel of the hotel. The location is perfect you can walk everywhere essential and it's close to the free bus to take you to the ski lifts. The restaurant Intenso is so much fun on weekends, but good and reliable breakfast on the weekday.

I didn't love that our rooms couldn't be closer together or on the same floor.

an iconic Verbier hotel with great history; refurbished with style - cosy yet chic sophisticated alpine decor apartment - very thoughtful clever design maximising use of space and including a kitchenette- brilliant! bedding - very comfortable; crisp white sheets great bathroom products welcome card and chocolates - such a lovely touch breakfast - abundant choices!! spa area - very luxurious and soothing vibe. crystal clear water and fabulous garden space. wonderful engaging helpful staff - thank you for such great service (and the chats!) [loved your uniforms!]

Great location and super. friendly staff accommodating to our needs at all times. Including if we arrived a bit later for breakfast, the staff was very nice and always happy to serve.

Very central location was excellent. Staff low key, unobtrusive and very helpful. Breakfast satisfactory. Room immaculately clean.

The room was "compact" to the point of being small. Expensive for what we paid. We never mastered the light switches!
