I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast — a perfect combination of a buffet and exquisite signature dishes made by the chef. Every morning felt like a new culinary experience, and I was always full and, more importantly, everything was incredibly delicious. The staff deserve a special mention as well — they were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and truly professional. A special thank you to Valeria, who was always available to answer any questions and helped me navigate and get oriented in Les Gets — her support made a real difference during my stay. The atmosphere of the hotel was warm and relaxing, with great attention to detail in both service and design. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay with amazing food and top-notch hospitality.

Great location, easy wander into town and to the slopes. The most friendly team of staff, couldn’t be more helpful. Breakfast was brilliant quality and the meal with Duncan Green was our favourite in the resort.

Great hotel with secure room for bikes. Really nice room and decor. Great cooked breakfast and proper tea bags (Yorkshire Tea) to make a great cup of tea.

Had to cut my stay short by one night but unable to obtain a refund. Understandable, as hotel not able to re-rent the room and my problem, but it would have been nice to get a discount.

The staff were amazing .. Vicky was so friendly helpful and cheerful... nothing was too much trouble ☺️ We met the Owner also, very down to earth and approachable... gave lots of advice on things to do and places to go Our transfers were organised by the hotel and the drivers were just as friendly... Feels very family orientated and like a home from home. Loved the quirkiness of the hotel...rooms were spotless. A very enjoyable stay for our 1st trip skiing. Thank you Chamois D'or x

Great hotel, we had such a great holiday! Perfect location just in the town of Les Gets next to some great restaurants and bars. The hotel has great decor and the staff couldn’t do enough for us, in particular Pete and Valeriia. Very comfortable, clean and stylish rooms. Can also definitely recommend the full breakfast in the mornings!

From the moment we walked in, it felt welcoming and homely. It is just the place you want to come back to after a day on the slopes or mountain bike tracks. The room was beautiful and felt worth more than we paid. Ask for room 18 as you can lie in bed and have 2 views of the mountains. It's in the centre of Les Get and is an absolute credit to the owner.

I thought the location of the hotel was great as it was slightly to the end of the high street and therefore quieter. The bar was cosy and the barman was friendly. The breakfast was good and there was a good selection of food on offer. The spa area was also lovely and we used it 3 times.

The spa area wasn't staffed properly. You have to book a session so they know you are coming and will be using it. On our first visit there was no one there and no towels for us. The second time, there was a family in there overrunning their time and no one was managing who should be leaving. It is fairly small so too many people and screaming children makes it a less enjoyable experience. The last time we went, there was someone there but still no towels.
