Well located hotel, very helpful and communicative staff, clean room, comfortable beds. We had very big room (actually two rooms) with lot of space.

Lack of dedicated parking place for guests. We had to find parking spot on the street close to hotel.

Spacious room, comfortable bed. Convenient location for Sallanches town centre. English speaking staff.

Bad acoustic insulation. No lift. Generally speaking, the structure needs renovation.

Small hotel very close to town center. Very friendly attention, I never ask but was clear the attention is by the owners. Breakfast is perfect, fresh prepared every day.

No hard critics here, maybe newer/bigger TVs could be one point.

We checked in very late so there wasn't any staff on reception, but they made check in smooth remotely, just called them on the phone. The place is very cozy, lot of beautiful small original things in interior design.

The staff could not have been more helpful. Arriving late I was able to phone early for the door code. A welcoming note and the room key were on reception for me. Breakfast was good and served in the lovely restored dining room. I needed a taxi for my onward journey and my hostess spend at least 30 minutes trying to find one available. This was service with a smile plus, plus.

Nothing it was perfect.

Charming mountain hotel, spacious appartment, good location, there are public parking arround. Recommend.
