Everything! The staff were truly delightful and happy people. Smiles and exceptional care at all times. High quality cleanliness, comfort and facilities. Fantastic pool with a superb view of Mont Blanc. The town is calm and tranquil. Very easy drive to Megeve if you want amazing shopping. Why bother when you can relax and enjoy here. The food is wonderful, exceptional. The Menu du jour changes every day. The chef certainly knows taste and flavour and combinations. The choice of wines is great. I am sorry to have to go! The property is absolutely adorable. Set in a gorgeous location in a small town away from the touristy villages of the Alps. The views are to die for and the grounds and hotel are immaculate. There is a lovely restaurant that serves delicious food at reasonable prices and includes some local specialities. The grounds are so well maintained and there are e-bikes for hire and a spa as well. But what sets this gem apart are the amazing people who work here. Everyone was so incredibly friendly and made me, a solo traveller feel like an honoured guest. I cannot recommend enough! Thank you for a wonderful if not far to short stay.

The location in good proximity to Megeve as the village had nothing to offer you. The restaurant provided a value for money menu room was spacy the owners really care and they respond immediately to all requests

Furniture and general look of lobby and restaurant were not cosy-not saying dated, I mean a nice wood flooring and some decent chairs/tables would upgrade all common areas including restaurant as tiles were lousy. Although barman serviced nicely guests before dinner near the fireplace, the look of lobby was like a forgotten country bar. while owners speak English, rest of employees ..don't change a word

the atmosphere was really family with always a truly smile and welcome in every moments of the day. the restaurant is simple but so well executed. the view is just mind blowing front of an incredible panoramic of Mont-Blanc area. Really love my stay there.

The entire experience was fantastic. The location was beautiful. The room and hotel facilities were clean and in immaculate condition. Breakfast was just what was needed prior to our drive back to the UK.

We felt that the breakfast was very poor value for money. Too many store-bought cakes and no fresh French bakery products.

Personnel was adorable, We arrived late in the evening, after regular dinner time, but the staff prepared a small meal for us anyway, with warm soup. tasty cheese and various types of hams Parking lot is large, no issue to park despite many guests. View from the dining room is fantastic.

A bit complicated to reach Megeve ski resort from hotel. Use GPS not to get lost.
