we arrived late and were upgrades to the ibis styles as that is where reception for the two hotels was. Rooms were nice and were clean, close to the motorway. good breakfast. very friendly and nice staff

a little tricky to find the way in late and in the dark, we couldn't get the gate to open and and had to call reception. both hotels looked busy the car park was full and we were towing a box but the staff found us a spot for the night

Very comfortable beds, clean and tidy bathroom. Location is great.

When we arrived it was late and raining, we tried for ages to get in because the gate was shut but there was no answer from the reception. I had to walk into the hotel reception and call the phone to get someone’s attention. It took a while to sort out and there wasn’t any parking. We managed to park in the end but I had to get one of the girls from reception to come out and help with the parking. Wasn’t really a big issue any of this but a little frustrating.

Great location, easy to get to many attractions and hikes in the area. Excellent value for money, if you have a car to move around. Clean and tidy, close to supermarket and stores, on the direct path to Chamonix. Lovely and accomodating staff. Have stayed here before, will do it again when in the area.

Room is a bit small, but it's absolutely manageable.

reception was great; location was perfect; we had room with own shower/WC so that was a bonus for our family

parking was a bit of a pain if you arrive late; might need to maneuvre some to fit...but we did travel in the summer so...there's that. Some had trailers and took up to 4 parking spots when they could have detached the trailer.... but no fault of the hotel obviously.

The hotel was in a nice area, near a shopping center. It was clean, comfortable. Breakfast was good and international, not lots of options but we had a nice breakfast. The room was big enough for two people, was clean and from the window you can see the mountain

During the night there was a noisy noise from the power of the room that we had to keep it on to charge our phones. That’s the only problem we had

The receptionist dealt with professionalism

When I arrived at the hotel, I went through the check-in procedures and the amount was paid, but I did not like the room. So I spoke to the receptionist to make an upgrade, and he informed me that there is a better room, but ((new fees)) would be paid and it was not deducted from the deductible amount. Therefore, the amount was paid double for the 2days of reservation. Now booking Please return the amounts that were paid.

The hotel is very clean and offers a lot for the price you pay. We expected a basic room and breakfast, but the appearance of the room was more sophisticated than we thought. It was very clean, sheets were top white and ironed, the bathroom had amenities and nice towels. The breakfast was simple but just what you need to start the day. Also the rooms have mountain view which is really great.

The breakfast doesn’t have any vegetables. Some tomatoes and cucumbers would have been nice.

Nice budget hotel room, clean with a nice bathroom and comfy bed. Continental style breakfast was good given the cost. Check in was efficient and there was plenty of parking.

On the edge of town, so a bit of a walk into the centre, maybe 30 min. The retail centre next door had a good pub which we ate in and there's also a good beer and wine warehouse with it's own bar. This was also excellent.

Breakfast was very nice with a good selection of savory and sweet dishes. I also liked the soundproof room, parking, shower and it was handy to have access to a microwave as we arrived late. Reception staff very friendly and willing to answer any queries.

I do not have any complaints to make.

Great place for stopovers. The room is clean and the view was fantastic. Some restaurants are nearby around 5 mins drive. There is a lovely Tunisian restaurant there, I think it’s called Quai110. The food and service they offered were amazing. The Tunisian food was an absolute delight for us.
